Best property in Del Rio. Great food at the hotel.

The room had a very bad smell to it and the bathroom floor had public hair all over includeling the shower walls just nasty m I would never had stayed there if I knew how unclean it was. Would not recommend

Great

All good! It wasn’t the hotel’s fault I had the loudest upstairs neighbor in all my life. The guy paced his room 24/7. Literally!

The only feedback I have is I feel like there could have been some places where a deep clean could have been done. Those were just minor details but overall is a wonderful place to stay. The amenities, staff, and food alone make up for it all.

Stayed in 259, low water.pressure, comfortable bed, clean room, dated facility, very nice pool area and picnic area with grills, nice bar and grill on property, excellent breakfast variety, limited commercial vehicle and towed vehicle parking, some street parking available, surrounded by restaurants, shopping within walking distance

This place had all of the required amenities needed for a spur of the moment out of town business trip. The staff was very polite and helpful, and they had an exceptional breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay there again. A slight facelift of the rooms would make them a little more updated, but all in all, it was a great place to stay for the price.

no elevator to upper floor. water pressure low. in suite lounge was dated and worn.
-
Nice swimming pool and overall comfort of the room.

Clean room, nice pools and hot tub. Only issue was the birds in the evening and had to move rooms once.

The room had a handicap bathroom,it had bars and shower chair. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was too high.

The front office staff was very friendly. I did like how fast they handled the issue that I had from a third party. I appreciated her accommodation. The facility was outdated and my room was too far from the front office.

The lady at check in was very cold as far as being welcoming. She assigned my room and didn't even attempt to explain where the room could be found, like she had just done for the customer before me. I finally found my room and went to open the door, to find that the room was filthy as if the prior customer had just checked out of this room. It hadn't even been touched by housekeeping yet after their check out. I picked up the phone and called down to the front desk to tell her that I was upset and that the room hadn't been cleaned yet. She explained that I would have to make the long walk back to the front desk if I wanted to have a different room assigned to me. My hands were full of my belongings and it was pouring rain outside and freezing. It was a complete nightmare of an experience. I went back to the front desk and then she said I'm sorry about that and reassigned me a new room and yet again, didn't even attempt to tell me where to find the room. I guess if I was a man instead of a woman, she would've decided to have been more helpful like she was with the man who checked in right before me. Very unprofessional behavior and ridiculous. The front desk clerks need to learn how to talk to guests and be helpful. The rooms are very outdated and have a stale smell, almost like mildew. Don't waste your money on this hotel. The bar staff in the lounge was very unprofessional as well.
