Power was out all day but good property

very nice room with a hot tub in it.

The sheets were clean but the bedspread smelled like BO. Also, they are supposedly a pet free hotel but I was literally looking at the “no pets allowed” sign as a lady walked through the lobby to take her dog out for a wee.

They handled our last minute reservation well

We were very satisfied with our stay. Stayed 3 nights with no issues. Water for taking a shower wasn’t the best. Beds were ok. Room was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Convenience and price Smaller pool, thin floors and walls so if other guests became raucous, it was very audible.

The location was great as it was near our family The water had a very bad smell to it and was very cloudy when. It came out of the faucet.

Location and room size First night sounded like running water all night in a different room. The mattresses on the beds were very worn and it felt like you were going to fall off. The exterior of the building could use some paint and after we checked in. I had requested extra towels in our room and we did not receive them.

Pool was clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Rooms were quiet but smelled a little musty.

They really need to invest in a proper luggage wagon. The 2 that are there are useless.

It was clean It smelled like pot at the entrance doors about 8pm and the breakfast was not what I expected.

When we first arrived we were given a room another guest was in and the staff member was concerned as they said no one was to be in that room. That caused a little bit of concern for us as we have children as well.
