A nice reasonable price bit hardly find the parking near our location. Overall, it was a nice experience! Katherine, who checked us in, was nice and knowledgeable!

Very nice overall. Room was a little small for us. We had a baby with a play pen and it was a tight squeeze.

    Beautiful location and helpful staff.

We had the building next to the restaurant and every 25-30 minutes a worker would come out and empty their garbage and slam the lid shut on the big garbage bin. We didn’t get much sleep. They were still cleaning up long after the restaurant closed.

Excellent restaurant. Expensive, but for Alsaska….

The room had a strong odor. No elevator.

The only problem was the room was too warm, but a box fan was provided and much needed. We’d definitely recommend Denali Park Village. Thank you.

They seem to primarily cater to group tours and don't seem to care about the needs of independent travelers. They couldn't offer late check-out, not even for half an hour. The hairdryer in the room had bits of hair from previous guests, which was disgusting. There was no kettle available for borrowing, and the lobby had no hot coffee, no hot water, and no cold water. Their prices were extremely high. If you're traveling independently, I strongly suggest choosing another hotel. Furthermore, their Wi-Fi service seems to only work in the lobby and is completely unusable in the rooms—it's incredibly poor.

We paid $439.00 for a one night stay for our anniversary because we wanted a decent room. We had to wait till 4PM to check in but when we tried to check in we were told our room would not be ready until 8PM. They offered us two show tickets at a value of $95 each however we did not want to see the show and requested a room instead. The room we were given was not worth 439 a night. It smelled bad because the shower was draining into the room carpet and causing it to rot. Instead of queen beds we received two full sized beds. Everything was over priced which is normal but when we pay the over priced room cost and get a subpar room it’s not acceptable.

When we arrived for check in, they informed us there currently wasn’t power to our building where our room was located and gave us dinner vouchers. By the time we were finished shopping gift shop and enjoying dinner, we were able to go straight to our room and had no further issues. Very clean and very spacious.

This property caters primarily to the cruiseship clientele. Which was not divulged in the property description. There is very little parking available to customers which arrive by automobile. There are no elevator in any of the cabins. This makes it difficult to get luggage to your room if on the second floor. The cruise ship clientele luggage was taken their cabin and then delivered to their door. Not to for the patrons who arrived by auto. There was also minimal handicap access in most of the cabins. I personally helped carry a wheelchair down stairs for a customer. I would not stay in this hotel again. I was inform that the facility was being managed by Aramark. They need to be replaced because this facility is extremely mismanaged.

Our room was on the side of the property closest to the train tracks. The train horns were very loud in the night. A member of the housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking or announcing herself the day before we were scheduled to check out. The room was a bit worn and fairly basic. This property seems to get most of its guests from cruise line package tours, and so has very limited parking, inconveniently located. The grounds and amenities were nice. All in all, this property seems to perhaps be coasting a bit, not trying hard to attract guests other than the cruise line package visitors.

Way overpriced for what was provided

Well you advertise and make it sound like you are at the entrance of Denali National Park but you aren’t at all. You are miles down the road from the park. You need to fix this and be more honest about your real location. Also your bathrooms in the rooms need updated and you should have a fridge in the rooms.

The staff that did assist us was awesome, our only complaint is that no one cleaned our room once while we stayed.
