Also, the pet area in the back was perfect. It was a safe and secure area for my pets to go about their business. While I didn't use it, the jacuzzi and heated swimming pool seemed relaxing and a great way to relax on a hot day.

The peace and quite plus kitchen access

CONS: I was not made aware by Hotels.com nor lodging that my room would be offsite down the street. This in itself was not an issue because as mentioned above, the room was great. However, at this offsite location, there was street parking only. You were not allowed to park up the driveway near the rooms. This was inconvenient, and although proved to be safe, it was stressful to think about the heavier, larger items I had in my car that I could not take to the room. OVERALL: I would absolutely stay here again, with or without dogs. And although I only stayed one night while passing through a multi-state drive, I would also absolutely stay here for an extended period of time

Pool was open all night

It was a wonderful experience. Their facilities and staff were amazing and an extraordinary surprise.

I love this place and visit often for a nice and quiet getaway. It's clean and the mineral waters are amazing. I don't like when it's time to check out... so sometimes I stay an extra night.

One of the best places we’ve stayed at, that’s why we continue to come back

Really enjoyed our stay here, everyone was great, and great atmosphere.

The spa zone in Desert Hot Springs is located in a very sketchy part of town. These natural minerals bring resorts, hotels, and motels, are located in the middle of residential neighborhoods in really bad areas. We knew what we were signing up for before we checked in.
-
there was no actual breakfasts but they had a fully equipped kitchen fully stocked with items.

You have to find someplace to park on the street and then worry about your car. Inside was clean and comfortable, but I did feel completely safe. I reached out through hotels.com but didn't get a response. We ended up staying since we just needed a place to sleep while visiting Joshua Tree and Palm Springs and it was significantly less than hotels in Palm Springs. But I would not choose this property again.

Everything Someone was at my door

This was advertised as a resort, which it is not. At half price it would have been an ok motel.

Some how I got the impression this was kind of a hot springs - spa kind of place. I wasn't neccessarily looking for either of those amenities but I was expecting that kind of vibe? Over-all the room was nice, but it is not a hang-out spot. In a residential neighborhood. We were located in their "annex" property. It felt more like an Air B&B experience than a hotel or an inn. We stayed here for a Saturday night before going to tennis finals the next day. Chose the spot because I was looking to avoid astronomincal hotel costs closer to the venue. It served its purpose, but I don't think I would stay here again.

The place is small and intimate. Just about perfect!

Nothing relaxing or comforting here just a bad motel
-
Very efficient process to get into my room. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Our experience here was great! It was a very relaxed and low-key property with a nice pool and jacuzzi. The king suite was so cute and spacious! We enjoyed sitting out back to enjoy the mountain views. Most notable however is the staff. The check in process was really easy and they were so friendly and accommodating.

Clean, priced fairly and easy access without in person check in. You hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. My neighbor woke me up at 6:30am talking on her phone. I’m a heavy sleeper too. After a night of high winds and power going in and out, I would have liked to sleep. The office was hard to get a hold of. Called three times and reached someone on the third call. They did grant me a late checkout.

Clean, sunny room. Comfortable bed. Nice pool and common spaces.
