Desk clerk was fantastic. She provided us with essentials needed as our luggage was down in luggage hold for next day flight. Had a delicious late evening dinner. Service was outstanding

Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs, good food. We love staying here because it’s quick and easy to get into the airport and through security.

I had a wonderful stay, very clean, gorgeous views inside. I didn't use any of the amenities. I wish the room service QR was working. The wait for the restaurant and take out was very slow. Another grab and go service would be perfect.

The property - fine. The Bedding - who on earth can sleep under - huge - comforters - without running the air C on full blast! Hotels need to stop this huge comforter craze. Absurd!

It is connected to the airport so very convenient, nice lobby, rooms were average, bathrooms were a bit below average, need a vent and remodel

The air conditioning stopped working during the night and the toilet stopped flushing.

Not much. What I didn’t like was that they charged me more than the price I reserved! And they came up with a complex response and said gave up fighting with them!

Room was clean and well suited for a stay before an early morning flight. Restaurant/bar was convenient and food choices were excellent. I was afraid the airport noise would effect our sleep, but the room was whisper quiet.

Front desk people are not the friendliest. The perk to this hotel is the hotel offers a private security within its lobby. That convienance is what your are paying for because the rates are pricey!
