The cleanliness of the hotel and the hotel room, and the friendliness of the staff Bottled water is provided In the hotel rooms but only Hilton Honors hotel guests get free, complimentary bottled waters. All other hotel guests have to pay $2.00 for each bottled water. Bottled waters should be free for EVERYONE. The hotel also doesn't have a free, complimentary breakfast. Hotel guests have to pay for every breakfast. The breakfasts should be free and complimentary for ALL hotel guests.

More information about how the breakfast works. Posted info would have been nice. The TV remote was missing , so we didn’t have TV that night but found the TV under a chair the next morning , which should have been found by housekeeping. The light behind the chair had a light bulb burnt out so we could not read.

Decent hotel- seems a bit dated, sterile and nothing special. Bedspread was paper thin and crinkly and breakfast was nothing great.

The bed was great. The rest was clean but nothing special, typical hotel. Staff was in sight but not particularly friendly or welcoming. Parking in back had a Lott of construction materials in parking spaces.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Hot tub was perfect. Room was large and clean.

The mattress was old and lumpy. The pillows lacked support. The thermostat should have been replaced (It was loose on the wall and the numbers were missing lines. Example: 68 looked like 63). My room could have used more waste baskets (One under the bathroom sink and one next to the bed). The lights in the bathroom next to the bar are on a timer and went out before I had a chance to get off the toilet.

The lady who checked me in when I got there was very nice. She was most helpful. Everything was so clean and quiet. The facilities were great. I felt safe and was able to do a comfortable walk in the evening. The only thing that could have been better was when I was leaving - at 6 in the morning. The night desk person didn't go out of her way to be friendly. The smile didn't go all the way to her eyes. But... it was 6 in the morning so it was OK.

Beautiful and updated 1 elevator was broken the whole weekend. A little slow getting out of the hotel.
