Quiet, Quaint, Qomfortable. No late check outs.

Cleanliness was unacceptable, sheets and blankets dirty with burn holes. Air-conditioner didn't work and train horn blowing every hour.

Location & staff

We just like the location - The mattress wasn’t comfortable and needs to be replaced with new ones. No bathing soap

Love the motor lodge convenience! I appreciate having my dog stay. Need to clean corners and upholstered chairs.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was budget-friendly. It was less than basic - no hand soap, no hangers, no Kleenex, no coffee make, no ice.......

Everything about the room and our stay at the dixon motel was amazing .nice clean room , spacious, the bathroom was spacious. Great locating .quite ..the management was very accommodating. Would stay again and recommend Soda machine didnt take my ddollar other than that no complaints

The location was relatively quiet and i was able to park directly in front of my room. I used the microwave and i slept well. The people i dealt with were friendly and helpful. This was my first stay; I'll use them again. This is a small, and fairly old motel; that was expected. The refrigerator was noisy; i just shut it off. It would have been nice to have a box of kleenex...but this was a very good value for my money.

Great little motel, have stayed there a few times and satisfied each stay.

The shower was amazing. The room smelt like smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Room & Bathroom clean. Good A/C unit. Street Noise from Traffic and Emergency Vehicles. Location.

No coffee. No ice machine. But there was an ice tray with ice already made in the freezer.

The price is great, the staff is very polite, room is comfortable Wifi is slow, better to provide tissues and a coffee maker, too much noise due to being close to the street

There was no breakfast, didn't expect one. I had a service dog and booking was told this up front. The other person who traveled with me also had a dog. The motel owner went to my friend to collect $10.00 per night to cover my dog. I wouldn't have minded paying but they should have come to me. Parking was very limited. Were told we could park in the store lot a half block down if needed. Fortunately, that wasn't necessary. Extremely limited area to walk dogs, to be "pet friendly".
