Great customer service, comfy, peaceful place to stay at.

The location was the only plus for this hotel we stayed at since we needed to make our way to Nuevo Progresso. The breakfast was also okay. The Texas shaped waffles were a nice touch! There were so many gnats in our room. We counted at least 7 but I know there could have been more. They stayed in the restroom because of the moisture but were in our room as well.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The property is well taken care of, and the location is excellent. Overall, it's a great value for money. No complains at all

Access to my event. The overall property was clean and maintained. The lighting in the room was not very bright. I think the rooms could use ceiling fans.

The only positive was the bed and pillows are comfortable. Other than that the ac did not cool down. They now went to bulk shampoo and conditioner, there was not any. The hotel and room had an unpleasant smell. The carpets are filthy. As an older couple they placed us by screaming children. We will not stay there again.

Comfort, friendly staff, good location! The price was high, but this was because we had to book at the last minute (previous place we had was double booked so no choice but to book late). I imagine that was the reason!

It has plenty of space to park. Nice living room area for my family to wait till I checked in. Rooms are clean, spacious and smells good.
