Everything was great, very comfortable bed.

Victoria Palms is the cleanest and courteous hotel suite I’ve stayed in in Weslaco. The employees are very tentative. Very nice talkative and make you feel comfortable. I will be going back soon.

kitchen fully equipped. Be prepared to leave a deposit no cash deposits so you have to wait a few days for it.

Bed was comfortable, good location, and pool was nice. The housekeeping/cleaning could use work.. My kids found clothes from previous guest, more time and detail to cleaning.. and the AC feels like it’s giving out, very light blow and not very cooling..

The rooms are very clean and the property is well maintained. It is very peaceful and the pool very relaxing!

The room had a strong humid/mold smell. I found dirt on bathroom floors and crumps on the chair/// at the breakfast bar, food was good// what it cut my eye was one of the cleaning ladies walk into the breakfast bar open the jar of cereal and grab couples of bunches with her bare hands. She did not use the bottom drip. I wad charged a $50 deposit.. This was not mention during my online booking// according to the front desk this deposit was going to be returned with in 5 to 10 days.

Right off the highway but quiet. Very well lighted and the parking is right in front of the rooms.

Staff was very helpful. The room was relatively clean. However, it is incredibly dated.. The bathtub is ridiculous in that. It is worn where you stand.. the room coffee pot needs to be replaced. There is very little soundproofing. Finally, they include breakfast. This was a zero out of 10. They offered old bagels, stale cereal, if you eat waffles, those look good. No eggs., no proteins., the coffee was excellent. I would like to be able to say the price that I paid was fair. I left this morning feeling as if I had overpaid and I was deceived by the description. This is not uncommon. I have found using Hotels.com.

I was upgraded to a suit, which was nice. It was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The room was comfortable. Convenient location. The tile floors were not swept and I didn’t see a broom. The tv didn’t work. I nearly fell in the bathtub because there wasn’t any slip protection. The bath faucet handle was very loose. The coffee table had not been wiped clean.

For the price, the stay was nice. I think it could've been cleaner. The hottub needed cleaning.

Over all stay was pleasant. Be sure to make sure you are prepared for a deposit. Kitchen was clean, Hot tub was nice!!

This was our second stay within 4 week period. For the most part we enjoyed our stay. However, renting the apartment side I thought would be more enjoyable. The WiFi really was slow. The T.V we had in our previous room was way better. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Could have been more comfortable is we could actually watch T.V and use the Oven..... P.S. it is a 50$ deposit for regular room and 100$ deposit for the apartment rooms. just FYI.

They have 4 towels usually its only 2 and the shampoo n conditioner are really good Small tv
