It was clean and nice hotel. The only thing noticed the walls are thin where you can hear people in other rooms and breakfast was not much.

I'm unfamiliar with Spark but was pleasantly surprised. Upholds the Hilton name. Happy with our stay. Accommodations were great. Slept well and had a nice breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is a well kept clean, the staff is amazingly respectful I usually don’t review hotels unless am impressed and I recommend this douglasville hotel very . Clean parking every thing good.

My state normally goes well however the room that I was in room 206 had a terrible mattress. The young man that was at the front desk really does not know how to change rooms so I didn’t bother going back up there, but that was the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Otherwise, no issues.

The hotel is under construction, so there is stuff everywhere, but the room was average, nothing special. Did not have any issues. Furniture is pretty old and dated so I’m hoping that they will update the rooms as well.

Smoke detector chirping one night, loud neighbors the next--not much sleep

We checked in at the hotel at about 10:30pm. We had 2 rooms that we reserved. The room that we were put into (room 201) was horrible. We asked for non-smoking and it was obvious that this room was smoking. On top of that the room waws infested with German Cockroaches. We alerted the front desk who didn't seem surprised about our findings, and they switched us to room 316. This room was also a smoking room that had a bathroom sink which would continue to fill when the water was ran. The water in the shower ran continuously and would not turn off. We were told we would be switched the next day (Friday) if a room became available. On Friday we were switched to another smoking room (301) that had a bathroom sink that leaked. Our parents room #214 also had German Cockroaches.
