Arrived and, to my pleasant surprise, the front desk staff was kind and straightforward. The place had a cozy, quaint feel, and the room had everything I needed — even an extra blanket already in the room. I appreciated the coffee setup with actual cups and glasses instead of the usual disposable ones. The room was clean, quiet, and easy to access, with good lighting outside that made me feel comfortable coming and going. It’s conveniently close to Dripping Springs while still tucked away enough to enjoy the peaceful woods and quiet surroundings. I look forward to my next stay here.

Incredibly difficult to understand the receptionist, as she only spoke very broken English. The room, although small, was clean neat, and very adequate for for my overnight stay.

Nice little old fashioned motel, staff was nice, rooms are small, big tv, patio is a bonus, my room had a sulfur smell coming from the bathroom that was strong, there was a few loud tenants that kept me up. Also, the headboard was double sided tape stuck onto the wall and it came off while I was attempting to go to sleep and scared the stuff out of me. It’s good if you want a basic hotel.

Everyone was Courteous, the room was nice and clean, I would stay there again :)

There was no breakfast offered. The room was tiny and the bathroom minuscule. For the cost of $132. I would have expected a much better facility. Offer breakfast and less rudimentary facility. This motel would be great for men who didnt mind roughing it, but for a woman or family it was unacceptable

Parking was very close to the room and I could see my car in the parking lot from my first floor window. I had a patio that I, unfortunately, had no time to enjoy. Blackout curtains, no noise. TV, in room climate control that was quiet as well. Plenty of hot water in a very clean bathroom. I was lucky enough to meet the owners and two daughters. Wonderful people who took very good care of the Motel and guests. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Everything I didn’t dislike anything

Friendly family owned motel. Quiet, with a secure design and inward doors. Morning coffee on the patio was nice. A little small, but there was just me as an occupant.

Room was clean. Hotel was close to venue.

Room was clean, but I would not say spotless. Patio chairs and side table were a bit dusty.

An old nostalgic Texan motel. Good value and you get what you pay for. Beds and bedding are comfortable. Friendly and hospitable caretaker. Parking is plentiful. Large room and each room has its own deck to sit outside on. A mini fridge was in the room. I am glad I brought my own hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner (samples were provided). AC worked well. One small dresser so only one occupant doesn’t live out of their suitcase. I could hear any hallway conversation while in the room.

Good budget hotel, but something bit me on my back while I was there. Can't substantiate where it came from 100% though. Just know they appeared the morning after I slept there on my lower back, about 8 of them. Hotel might just want go through their bedding with a fine tooth comb and make sure nothing is brooding, bug-wise, b/c it could get worse and dealing with it early might help if there is an issue. Otherwise, 4 stars.👍
