Nice friendly and convenient location, we enjoyed our stay.

We travel quite a bit to see family and this place is by far the best hotel in our travels. The staff is always very friendly, the facility is always clean and the free breakfast is hot and tasty. I believe this was our sixth time staying at this location and will continue to be our “go to” stop in our Texas travels.

The room was very clean got clean bedding and towels very day.Staff was very professional and helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious 😋 I am handicapped got a parking spot by the front door. I really liked that they had an elevator since I am in a power wheelchair. I am going to use the Sleep Inn and Suites wherever I need a hotel

Rooms were very quiet and nice. Had a very good breakfast with plenty of food for all the guests.

Great location

Cleaning was spotless. The staff was a young boy and he needs to be training to be professional and helpful and teaching him to dress properly for a front desk. When I did the checkout on September 13, the lady from front desk was excellent very friendly, professional and polite.

My stay was very nice. All the amenities were excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and well cared for.

The staff was fine, the rooms were fine, but when getting off on the 3rd floor is was a little musty smelling. The bathroom was okay, just looks like the shower/tub lining had some mold starting to show. All in all fine though, just a few things that could be looked into and fixed.

The room was clean. The indoor pool as well. Breakfast was great. The staff was so attentive to detail. We left a couple of items at the pool and they reached out the next day to return them. Even after check out, I received a phone call that I had left one of my grandson's toys in the room. I have not experienced this with any hotel in the past. Great job guys! Appreciate your courtesy and attention to detail.

Room seemed fine, bed/pillows seemed a little smaller.... Claimed to be a queen bed, but seemed a little small compared to my queen at home, the pillows though, WERE like half the size of a "normal" pillow. Had to put two together to be the size of one pillow for my head. Had shampoo and conditioner in the shower... no soap... odd. Towels were pretty small, but we just asked for more (double) anyways, especially considering there were 3 of us ladies in a double queen room and were provided 3 towels only. Elevators were quick, ice machine on the floor worked (which was great) and behind key so that's probably why it still works. lol Didn't use the breakfast as we went out to a nice local breakfast. I would say that every time we walked by, there was nobody at the front counter, usually had to stand there a few minutes until someone came out to help... and seemed like we were interrupting them.. not very personable.. I get it if you don't like people or introverted, then don't work in a customer facing job.

We stayed here for just one night at the last minute. The hotel was very nice, nothing fancy, room and property well maintained. The indoor pool was very cute with nice outdoor/couches. The buffet breakfast was amazing! There was a very good selection for any type of diet. The property is conveniently located for day trips to breweries and restaurants.
