The breakfast was less than adequate abd there was no tea not everyone drinks coffee

Obviously hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Musty smell immediately upon entry. Lamps were grimey gross! The shower wasn’t wiped down. Only one set of outlets worked. Fridge wasn’t cold enough to use. All around worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast was little Debbie’s. No thanks.

Rooms have been remodeled within the past few years, so they are nice given the rating and price.

The front desk clerk Shannon was amazing. My family and I had to stay for 2 weeks. She was kind and friendly for our entire stay. She made sure my kids were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much Shannon for being so nice to us.

Dustin was very helpful and had a great attitude and personality. The room had a bad smell and was full of moisture. The sheets were stained. I was provided another linen for the bed by Dustin, but it was also stained. Breakfast was light, but due to dietary restrictions, there wasn't anything I could have except for the waffles. The morning person I checked out with was also very nice.

The advertisement for this hotel on the web is not accurate. The pictures on the web for the rooms were not even close to the room that I received. The toilet was dirty, thanks to the gentleman on duty I received disposable gloves to clean it. He was caring, professional and helpful! Kudos to him for being the only positive thing concerning our stay at this hotel!

Did not get the accessible room that I booked. Front desk clerk was dismissive and unhelpful. If you charge my card I will dispute it with my card provider, I have already notified them
