Dustin was very helpful and had a great attitude and personality. The room had a bad smell and was full of moisture. The sheets were stained. I was provided another linen for the bed by Dustin, but it was also stained. Breakfast was light, but due to dietary restrictions, there wasn't anything I could have except for the waffles. The morning person I checked out with was also very nice.

The advertisement for this hotel on the web is not accurate. The pictures on the web for the rooms were not even close to the room that I received. The toilet was dirty, thanks to the gentleman on duty I received disposable gloves to clean it. He was caring, professional and helpful! Kudos to him for being the only positive thing concerning our stay at this hotel!

Did not get the accessible room that I booked. Front desk clerk was dismissive and unhelpful. If you charge my card I will dispute it with my card provider, I have already notified them

Original room had 3 beds to accommodate our needs had to getvtwo bed room tonaccess handicapped accessibility, no cots available at hotel kids hadcto sleep on the floor.

Room was not clean. Baseboards have years of dirt. Mirror above the sink was broken. Could have been dangerous if it had fallen. Needs remodeling!! Have to say beds were clean.

The room was what I expected and was physically clean. There was a strange odor in the room that was off-putting. The bed was too soft for me.

The room was clean with plenty of pillows on the beds. I didn’t like the fact that they advertised a pool but there was no water in the pool when we got there. If I would have known that I would have booked somewhere else because it disappointed my son and me. Also the guy that checked me in at night barely spoke and was just kinda uncomfortable.
