There was a smell in the hallways and in the room. There were also bugs in the room. The gym equipment did not function properly. However the staff was really nice and helpful.

I had roaches in my room. The staff did allow me to change rooms. However I will never stay here again

The only ice machine I found that was working was on the first floor. Other than that the stay was fine save for the 11am check out.

I arrived before 10AM on June 28. I hoped it would allow me time to change and make my meeting. I did not make my meeting and there was very little communications from the front desk. I was told by the personnel, there were no available rooms. In addition, I was told that I couldn’t check-in until after 3PM and no other explanation or update. I checked out the following day and not have this issue with another hotel I selected. I am disappointed with Laquinta hotel that during these economical challenging times. The hotel would stoop to cheating its clients and patrons. Perhaps the challenges Laquinta is experiencing has caused your operations to no longer put customers as a priority.

The stay was very satisfying. The staff was very professional and friendly. They went above expectations - and it showed. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, with nice decorations and furniture in good condition . The ONE item that did not make the grade was the indoor pool. The water was clear - but the bottom was dirty and slimey. Dirt and hair clumps covered the bottom.
