Everything was nice

Check-in time was 4:00. Arrived to check-in at 4:15, but room not ready. I was told I’d get a call when room was ready. No call. Went back to front desk at 6:00 and was able to check in. My Aunt (in wheelchair) was with me. Having to wait 2 hours after check-in time to get room was a real inconvenience. I also requested a handicap accessible room but was told none available. Disappointing.
