Quiet clean and comfortable

A lot of slot under construction.

It was easy check in and easy to access our room but the hotel staff had no idea what was open or closed as far as getting food for dinner in the casino area. We went to Red Sky grill and asked for a menu to later find it was closed at 10 pm, some of the staff can be really rude.

Everything was nice

Check-in time was 4:00. Arrived to check-in at 4:15, but room not ready. I was told I’d get a call when room was ready. No call. Went back to front desk at 6:00 and was able to check in. My Aunt (in wheelchair) was with me. Having to wait 2 hours after check-in time to get room was a real inconvenience. I also requested a handicap accessible room but was told none available. Disappointing.
