Everything was in order. Great stay and very safe

The hotel and casino looked like if we were in Vegas. Also the entire place was clean.

My check-in was delayed around 2 hours. Once I got into my hotel room the bathroom still had trash from the previous people who stayed. I was really disappointed with my stay.

Everything was nice and clean. The rooms were large and comfy

I like going here because the casino has a good variety of games, lots of food options and you actually can win sometimes. The hotel is usually too expensive but is cheaper during weekdays. This time I was disappointed because they had sections blocked for carpet changes and check in was delayed because rooms weren’t ready. Rooms are nice and clean but you might have to walk a mile to get to your room. You can stay in town for half the price and rooms are just as nice.

I have traveled to Eagle Pass for work, every month for the last 5 years and have stayed at this hotel because of how comfortable my stays have been. Courteous staff, clean rooms, and for me, towels that seem like they’re always new, will keep me coming back. I especially appreciate that room numbers are no longer announced for everyone in earshot to hear, as a safety precaution.

Rooms are one of the cleanest I’ve experienced in hotels. Staff is very courteous and helpful!! Have a variety of eateries to choose from for all family members- that was a plus!:) I appreciated that the pool was family friendly and very clean! Great stay!

Room was large and bed was comfortable. Valet and staff were all very helpful. The IHOP breakfast was not as tasty as it used to be. Food at the Red Sky grill was very good.

Room was clean. Restrooms need an upgrade. The staff is fairly friendly. No breakfast is served so that's a bummer. As far as the casino. Well we have yet to win anything.
