The staff was very nice and the complementary shuttle was very nice! We had just drove about 4 hours and was getting ready to head out to grab McDonald's that is next door, they let us know some other options and even drove us to a restaurant and picked us up once done. This was one our best stays, very quiet and nice amenities.

The man at the desk that checked us in was amazing. He was there at all times of day with a smile on his face and a pleasant greeting.

Overall it was good. It was just a one night stay and no real issues.

The location and the room set up. Some of the staff were pleasant. A bug in one bed, the AC not cooling and a filthy mattress in the other room.

The staff at this location are amazing. The only things about the hotel that bring the rating down are mechanics of the room. I've never been in a hotel that didn't have an exhaust in the bathroom, that was odd. The bathroom door had a lock, but it didn't actually lock the door. The thermostat in the bedroom didn't bring the temperature down. The living room was very comfortable, but I'm not going to sleep on the pull out couch. If it weren't for the fan in the bedroom, the bedroom would've been too hot.

Wi-fi should be upgraded to this century. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel needs work, broken doors, slow internet, noise, and a lot of traffic. Deep clean definitely needed. Room wasn't as fresh as entry way. Bathroom far very loud and rattling.
