The whole experience was delightful and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others because of location, price (on the off season) and activities to do surrounding. We're mountain bikers so it was particularly ideal for what we were looking for in a destination mountain adventure.

The room was clean and in very good condition. Their web sites states that all rooms have Mountain View’s. Our room had a view of the trash compactor- no mountains. Very disappointing. The web site is misleading. Don’t get room 300. The room itself is fine.

Great hillside ski in ski out hotel with clean well appointed rooms

We stayed in between the ski and wedding seasons, and it was absolutely bashful. The rooms were were huge and the hotel had everything that you would need for your stay. The best part was the staff. They were so pleasant and extremely accommodating. 5 star service! My wife and I cannot wait to go back.

Amazing hotel, wonderful rooms with spacious kitchens and very accommodating. Skiing was amazing too!

Right on mountain Tons of hair in the drain when we arrived; wouldn’t even give 30min later check out and I was 31 weeks pregnant; bed was awful, completely collapsed in on both sides

The room was large, clean, and had amazing views of the VT mountains! Everything was great! Grasping at straws here, I did have to park in an auxiliary parking lot since the parking at the hotel was full. Not that bit of an issue but my recently clear car got a little dusty (no big deal at all), doesn’t even knock any points off the 10/10 stay.

Room itself was very nice however I couldn't find a working Outlet that I could plug my phone into. Also the TV had limited channels we were hoping to watch a fun movie and ended up streaming on our own devices. Game room needs updating. Many broken arcade games.

Large room, comfortable, fridge Shower configuration— hard to keep all the water in the shower, always have to wipe up the floor. Coffee in the room was meh — next time we’ll bring our own coffee.

Always a great stay. Heading back for another week in a few days. New ownership has been a blessing with many upgrades to the hotel and the resort.
