Comfort Inn & Suites East Hartford - Hartford

It is right by a very busy highway ( which I know they have no control over the traffic ) also the toilet in my room ran all night so between the traffic on the highway and the toilet I got very little sleep. Thank goodness I only stayed one night otherwise I would have been checking out and looking for a quieter place to stay. I won't be going back there again. On the plus side the staff was nice and the breakfast had a good variety.

Breakfast ended way before it was time, not even a cup of coffee available.

Toilet was broken. The mattress had a dip in the middle. The lady that works the breakfast area is rude.

Beds were not comfortable at all.

PD there conducting an investigation. Didn't feel safe, check out after an hour.

I wished the room was a bit cleaner. It had a very musty smell.

It was near everything. Easy access y location.

Overall the room was great. We didn't like the curtain setup. At night the light would shine right into the room and you are unable to close the curtains to block it out.

Tv wasnt working. It was a fine stop for a work trip.

It was OK. The only disadvantage is excessive noise from nearby highway. There are better places to stay at inthe area.

What a disappointment booked 2 rooms- I would have left the property but had elderly parents and we traveled all day and were exhausted. Rooms smelled musty and cigarette. Hole in sheet, blood on comforter, hair in bathroom. Parents sink wouldn’t drain- had to take cold showers water would not regulate- oh my heard traffic the whole time we were there along with noisy hallways-such a disappointment cause it was ideal to who we were visiting. Desk person was a bit grumpy

Some of the outlets did not work which was very frustrating given the urgency when checking in to finish work and to plug in my laptop and phones.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast wasn’t bad, location was perfect for the event we were attending at the University.

The room wasn't very clean, there were drinks left in the refrigerator, and something had been spilled in it that was not wiped out. The reservation said the room would be ready for check in at 3:00, but it wasn't ready until almost 4:00. The staff was apologetic and friendly, but overall a little disappointed.

it was cheaper than most hotels nearby, plenty of parking spaces, felt safe 1. I was with my daughter. We were placed in a room next to the elevator on one side, and a room occupied by at least 15 young people that were smoking pot and yelling and screaming loudly, often slamming the doors going in and out and screaming in the hall way. I did not get any sleep. I called the reception twice, but there was only one woman and she tried to calm them down unsuccessfully. Finally a person from another room yelled at them at 3am which helped. 2. Breakfast was very basic, and during the breakfast time I only saw one staff member once wiping one table. Everything was sticky and covered with food, we had to clean our onw table and chairs to sit down. Food was not labeled and allergens not listed.

You can’t get sleep because people was making noise all night long but will try this place again
