Hyatt House East Moline Quad Cities

This property has AMAZING views of the Mississippi River however, the windows were disgustingly dirty (outside). Bugs, cobwebs, dust, and bird poo (..it happens). Cannot open windows to clean but they really need to hire some good outside window cleaners. Otherwise it's a great location for a stay and quite easy to get around, even with street construction. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good.

Clean rooms, friendly staff & beautiful views. Only drawback was all of the road construction in the area but once they get that completed it will be really nice.

Amazing place!

Very nice room located right on the Mississippi with a view of Davenport across the river. Great breakfast and the bar on the top floor offered a beautiful view during sunset.

The staff was great. The room was clean. However… the toilet ran and the sink was clogged. When maintenance came, they must’ve thought the toilet was clogged because I could tell they had plunged it and left a mess behind doing so. They unclogged the sink and left the snake on the floor for me to pick up.

The staff were terrific and very helpful. The room (with a Mississippi River view) was clean, comfortable and just what my wife and I needed as I was there on both a working and casual stay. Nothing major. If anything, the location isn't really walkable to anything. You will need to drive to sites in the area.

Staff extremely rude! I will never stay here again.

Stayed for two nights, breakfast was excellent both mornings. Cool 4-5 mile waterside walk. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast selections were good with plenty of variety, good location by the river, nice view. Staff was polite, room was clean . Room supplies were short on replacing in a timely manner, always had to ask for towels, coffee, trash bags. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Pool is small, no hot tub. Lots of trash in the stairwell. Had to evacuate for a fire alarm right out of bed.

The breakfast was the best we’ve had over the previous two weeks! It was great!

Wonderful staff! Lovely hotel. Super clean!

Told they had shuttle which was the only reason I picked this hotel. When got there was told they did not have enough staff to run the shuttle.

Would have liked to have had a restaurant on site.
