It’s quite and very beautiful. Away from all the noise. No bed sheets, just a mattress cover and one flat sheet for five days, in the bathroom one drying towel for two people for five days. No dish detergent in the kitchen sink not even shower gel but six bottles of shampoo. No hand soap. The small rug was not vacuumed at all.

Beautiful resort. Condo was very nice and perfect size. Enjoyed the on-site restaurant too.

The rooms are very pleasant, the staff has a high level of service awareness, and there are a variety of lovely entertainment options at the resort itself. The rooms lack basic items that could make a big difference—coffee pods, sugar, and spices.

The check in went smoothly and the staff was very pleasant. The property overall is more like a run down apartment complex than a resort.

I liked the beautiful atmosphere, spacious rooms, family-friendly environment, and the opportunity to relax and spend quality time with my children. What I didn’t like was the lack of attention to maintenance and cleanliness. The bed in our first room was broken, and although I reported it to the front desk, maintenance never came. We eventually had to move to another room late at night, which was inconvenient after already unpacking and getting settled. The second room also needed cleaning, and we found spiders in the room. I was also disappointed that our concerns were not properly documented when we first reported the broken bed. Considering the cost of the stay, I expected the room to be clean, properly maintained, and ready for guests upon arrival.

Check in desk and staff at front desk were incredibly helpful. Villas were clean and well stocked. Nice grounds. Beds comfortable. And ac worked great. Need more staff, care and rules that are enforced at the pools-Babies in hot tubs and people playing their speakers at the pool competing music prevailed was problematic and did not make it enjoyable or restful. As well as in the villas with folks playing loud music from their car speakers for hours. And smoking in non smoking locations like under my balcony or next to my balcony. I was told it was non smoking resort but not the case. Need better ground security and rules ti be enforced

We had a great overall experience at Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts! The environment was beautiful and relaxing, and the weather made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor pool was definitely one of our favorite parts, especially for the kids. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We had quite a few phone inquiries and requests, and they were always responsive and pleasant to deal with. The kids especially enjoyed the Zip Racer activity, and we also loved that there were many activities and attractions nearby, which gave our family plenty of options to enjoy during the trip. The only thing we were not as happy with was the indoor pool. There was a very strong chlorine smell, which made it less comfortable for us compared with the outdoor pool. Overall, it was a wonderful family experience, especially for families with children. We enjoyed the atmosphere, activities, location, and attentive staff, and we would definitely consider coming back again! There were a few things that could be improved. During thunderstorms, all outdoor activities were closed, which is understandable for safety reasons, but unfortunately there were not many alternative indoor activities available. The arcade was also a little disappointing, as it had a limited selection of games and machines. The ice cream day/event was not particularly impressive either. Another area that could be improved is the pool area. It would have been very convenient to have quick showers near the swimming pool or changing rooms, especially for families with children. The sofa bed in our unit was also not very comfortable for our two kids. The sleeping surface was uneven and not smooth, so they had difficulty getting a good night's sleep. When we first arrived, the AC was not running, and the room temperature was around 80°F. It took about 2–3 hours for the temperature to come down to a comfortable 74–76°F, so it would have been nice if the room had been cooled before our arrival. These issues did not ruin our overall experience, but addressing them would definitely make the resort more comfortable and enjoyable for families.
