Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts by Sonesta

Location and very clean It was good

I loved this place so much that I cant wait to get back there I had to do another stay this year.

Amazing nice calm place The house had a bit of a smell

Superb

Room was amazing, especially for the price point. Highly recommend!

The relaxation with nature was amazing. Plenty on activities on site so no need to travel too far for activities. The staff was knowledgeable on the area and its surrounding to help you find activities or any attractions. The room was very clean and the property looked clean as well. The room could use a bit of upkeep. The closet door was hanging off a broken hinge. The closet door knobs were broken and the bathtub was a bit clogged. The TVs are outdated with no Netflix or Hulu and don't provide much entertainment.

Everything was nice clean and the staff was accommodating overall the place was nice , clean and as advertised but a bit dated

Exceptional

We originally booked 3 nights, and we didn’t even stay 1 night. We checked out 4 hours after we checked in. The condo smelled, there was a large opening gap at the bottom of the sliding door, the shower was absolutely disgusting….mold in the grout, bugs flying around in it, hair from the previous renters. Overall, the staff was friendly, the place I will never return. Also, there was no refund offered to me as I didn’t even stay 1 night.

Everything!! The staff, the villa, the way it was easy to get to everything we planned..it was awesome!!! It wasn't nothin I didnt like

My day was pleasant. The homes that I rented because I rented two villas were beautiful The Wi-Fi was horrible. The kids complained the whole weekend I would have preferred to have brought my dog because he’s my husband‘s emotional support dog so my husband really didn’t get to sit back and relax because we had to pay somebody to babysit our dog and he needs that dog for his issues so that was my only problem was that we couldn’t bring our dog however while we were there, we found a lost dog and was able to get her home so I’m grateful and blessed for that but if there’s no dogs on the property, how did that dog get in?

Superb

Many activities to consider Too spread out

Superb

family friendly, safe, calm not many activities, no restaurants/coffee shops in the resort, everything closes very early in the area, room is spacious but needs renovation.

The property amenities and the beautiful nature. The sofa bed was not in good condition

Pleasant

I felt very mislead when I booked my room. The pictures provided indicated that I’d be on an upper level, when I arrived and got my room, I was shocked to find that it was basically studio apt split in two where one was ground level and the other was in the “basement”. I found food and candy underneath the living room furniture so it just felt like the room was changed out with linen and towels and that was it. I was completely alone until the night before my check out, knowing the upstairs was empty for the majority of my trip I’m not sure why I was booked on the most bottom level instead of ground level which is what the pictures showed my room would look like anyway. The guy placed above me was extremely loud, I could hear everything.

I love the peaceful green landscaping with
