The villa that was reserved was recently upgraded. The room had plenty of space to accommodate my family. Management was extremely helpful, especially Chonte Nelson. Would highly recommend resort. The restaurant onsite was very good as well.

Property was nice. Power was shut off due to weather. Company made no effort to discount or show empathy for the experience (quite disappointed). Everything else was great.

The villas were really nice and looked exactly like the pictures. The only downfall to our trip was that the electricity went out and it was gone for 3 hours. After waiting 3+ hours we just decided to check out and leave as it was way too hot to stay in the villa. We haven’t spoken to management yet but I am going to call tomorrow and see what they can offer.

Beautiful location, super clean, courteous staff, fully stocked kitchen, and 24/7 front desk help! We had a great time!

Everything was great!

We were looking for a getaway conveniently close to home for some qt and we got that and more!
-
Overall the room was nice. There were no outlets beside the bed which is a real problem for anyone traveling with a cpap machine. The on-site restaurant was extremely loud and the food was not worth the cost.

It's perfect for families. Plenty of space, clean, modern, and has everything you need close by.

Start off with they charge us a resort fee for features and amenities we didn’t want to use. We just wanted a place to stay because we had activities we were doing in the area. Secondly, when we got there, we had to sweep up the floor because it was dirty and we ended up having to deal with ants in the room all weekend. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The one drawer we tried to open to put stuff in it, and the handle fell off. With all that being said the people there were very nice, they had offered to send someone to spray for the ants, but I was uncomfortable with that idea that should’ve been done before we arrived.

The staff services great
-
Our rooms were searched without our consent Also they made a lot of harassment comments That we were making notice and that we were being reported

The air didn’t work properly in the apartment. We had a hole in the wall in the master bedroom. They had a half of pan set in the kitchen so I wasn’t able to cook how I wanted to.

Visited with my sister 6/19/2026-6/21/2026, and stayed in one of the Villas downstairs in Villa "B". The first guests above us the 1st night were banging, bouncing, kids screaming, and furniture being move around. The second night a new family and the same thing to where at 11pm I had to call front desk where they sent security over for my noise complaint. The property needs more signs with arrows pointing to all pools and adventure location they have on property. To get to the other side for the indoor pool, one would have to leave the property and drive up the road to the other side. No signs or arrows, just a map they give you and send you on your way. You have to bring your own pool accessories. The Horseback riding was not included in the hotel stay, but it was fun. Nothing is all inclusive. All the fun activities you will need to pay for. In my villa, it was very clean until I looked in the corner to plug in my phone charger next to the TV and there were little dead bugs where the housekeeper forgot to vacuum up, at least eight of them. My overall rating is a 6. Although I had a blast with my sister, it definitely could have been better. The fun adventures on the property should be included in the hotel stay in my opinion. Continental breakfast wouldn't hurt either. They basically provide the building, and you provide your fun.
