Holiday Inn East Windsor - Cranbury Area by IHG

Good for family, I have two kids, they love to stay Holyday Inn.

The overall stay was good and it served it's purpose, but the toilet seat was barely attached and the bathroom was not the cleanest.

Clean room and polite staff

Fridge didn't work, had maintenance come but they just verified and said nothing they could do, toilet barely flushed, and overall, not enough staff to accommodate guest needs.

I like that they had a security guard Breakfast Buffett area was dirty eggs are dry Not enough choices Also room had a no working lamp A no working shower hook And Lose toilet seat And remote operated curtain didn’t work well

Great clean rooms and super helpful staff!

I stayed here for a lacrosse tournament. The staff was very friendly and helped me with an easy check-in and check out. The pool was a little dated, but all the kids loved being outside in the pool after their tournament. I will definitely stay here again.

Handicap room with roll on shower had a full sized bed and small bathroom.

We are not satisfied with breakfast options.. nothing is there other than bread.

Room One the room's air conditioning was not working. At the time of check in the hotel was empty and there was another room available. Room Two had a full-sized bed and roll in shower. The room had a bathroom that a person in a wheelchair or walker could not turn 360. The toilet seat was barely high enough. The bed was a full-sized bed that was so low that it was difficult for my husband to get up from. The shade was broken and was fixed on our last day there. For the five days we were there they fixed the bed once. I always put the dirty towels outside the room and had to fetch new towels. The maintenance man was great. He fixed the shade. Coffee was awful and limited. Hot water was always out. We will never go back there.

The accommodation and personal was great. I didn’t try another services as breakfast. Next time.

Hotel was noisy with young kids for function in ballroom

Bathtub drain was slow, but maintenance quickly responded and fix the problem. Good location for visiting Princeton.

Clean. Big comfy bed. I think usual rate is $70/night? Because of a local event, they charged me $300/night! For a motor lodge that didn't have working outlets or could even provide a plastic fork. I get supply and demand but $300 for that was wild

Very clean, well maintained. Room was in great shape. Breakfast from the restaurant was good. I was disappointed that the coffee is removed from the lobby early in the morning. Would greatly appreciate coffee being available at least until the afternoon. This is a common perk in hotels, including ones that are much cheaper than this property. It was also hard to reach the front desk by phone. I had to call multiple times before someone picked up.

Costly but worth the price!
