Needs a little more attention to detail with cleaning.

The staff is nice. For the money I paid per night, I expect the room to be clean and safe. As soon as I walked in to the room, there was dirt on the floor. The biggest red flag was that there was a door in the room that can take you to the room next door and it was UNLOCKED! Didn’t feel safe as a solo traveler. The staff was able to switch me to a different room quickly (without sharing door). But the room has a weird carpet smell. The fridge and AC were noisy. The toiletries are poor motel quality. Overall really outdated and doesn’t worth the money. Really disappointed. Definitely NOT 3star hotel quality.

No free breakfast. Oversized bedframe that sticks out, and my knee bumped into it several times. The building is old, and there are many rusted areas. Ice machine is only on the second floor. The coffee available in the lobby is free, and it was very good. The shower was excellent. If one can find another hotel nearby at similar price, I would recommend avoiding this one.

Clean updated room, nice renovated bathroom. Our room had a mini fridge and a coffee maker, which was nice.

After a long day of traveling we checked into our room. Once we finally figured out where to go (around the corner and up were the only directions given) we finally found the elevator and made it to"our room". The entire hallway smelled like weed. We felt like we were seriously walking into a dispensary. When we opened the door to our room. It was infact someone else's room with all of their belongings unpacked and all around the room. We ran out of the room that was infact not even ours and went back to the front desk to be asked if we had already stayed there last night..... Now why would we be checking into a room if I was already there. He told us it was management mistake and upgraded us to a sweet on the other end of the hotel. The room was nice, but once you stepped off of the elevator we were instantly greeted with screaming, moaning, cussing, and what we can only describe as a porno being made. I say this because we heard "I'm going to need that guy for scene two" good news though this half of the hotel didn't smell like pot. The only good experience about this hotel was the check out lady was very nice, and the cleaning lady in the evening was also very very nice.

For the price we paid and bring told a hot breakfast was to be served we were surprised to find that it cost us $10 each. Only premium reservations premium rooms got free breakfast.

The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for the Lake County Captains ballpark. No free breakfast, large stain on carpet, staff were not very friendly, was expensive for the value received

When we got to the room there was a stain on the sheets and when I checked out I got charged for it. For the price there is better places to go and I highly recommend to look around before booking.

Very clean and comfortable.

Hotel alarm went off in the middle of the night, awful.

On July 12th, our room was not cleaned nor was the bed made. At 3:30, we asked the manager when the room would be ready. It took another 1.5 hours or so. It wasn't ready until about 5:00. The next day was the same. At about 3:30 (having been out all day) the room was not made up. We asked the manager if we could have it cleaned. He asked, "did you request that the room be cleaned?" We needed to request that our room be cleaned. Really? That is unreal for National Hotel Chain. It was our understanding that breakfast would be free; it wasn't so we went to Cracker Barrel. The next day we ate breakfast at the hotel and shouldn't have. It was below to way below average. I guess the word is out - there were very few guests. Really bad experience.

Convenient location in a quiet area.
-
A basic hotel that is the only one in the area. No real complaints. For the price they should include the breakfast instead of the additional $10 a person for a standard(generally included) buffet style basic breakfast.

I stayed there for a week...my room was not cleaned and they didn't replace the bedding except for 1 night. No sweeping, mopping, wiping anything down. There was sticky red something on the counter, trash on the floor, dirt on bathroom floor, etc. I mentioned it to the front desk everyday but nothing was ever done. I won't be going there again.

I like the room, the lay out, the rooms were really clean. Also the lobby is very nice ! The pool was DISGUSTING! And the WiFi wasn’t good. My Netflix was interrupted the whole stay
