This room was in disrepair. Phone was missing buttons exposing the inside. Bathroom was filthy. Toilet seat was broken. Floor was extremely dirty. Air conditioner was also very dirty blowing musty air into the room. In the bathroom, tub was cracked and walls were stained. Avoid this place!

Great hotel but breakfast was not the best

You get 1 tiny bar of soap total for the sink and shower??? Finally, at 9am on Sunday morning a crew showed up to paint the trim of the hotel and was shouting/talking loudly right outside of our room, so no chance of sleeping in at all! The only good thing is their talking woke us up so could move our car which was parked right under where they were painting! Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel!

As I stated above I was not able to stay in the room because I never received the confirmation email confirming the purchase, I checked spam folders and made sure I did used the correct email address, spam fold was empty and email was correct.

The staff was great! That is about the only thing good about this hotel. The lobby looked like it was recently updated. The room was HORRIBLE!!! The beds were old and extremely used. All of the furniture was falling apart. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room but there was cigarette burns on the tub. I spilled some crumbs on the floor and when I cleaned it up the towel was BLACK. I don't think they had cleaned the room in days! Only half of the electric outlets worked (one plug on an outlet). The bathroom is very small (only room for the toilet, the shower and enough room just to stand). The toilet seat was broken. The shower/tub combo looked like it was either in a fire or had extensive smoke stains, the tub floor was humped up and when you stood on it - it would give, the shelves to place shampoo and bodywash on was also humped up to the point the bottles would not sit on the shelf. The walls were filthy. We only stayed one night and could not get out of there fast enough. They have a free breakfast but after the condition of the room, I was not about to eat breakfast here. DO NOT STAY HERE! Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. This hotel is not worth the approximately $200.00 for the night!!

We have stayed here twice recently. The phone lines in the room were dead, so there is no way to call the desk if you need something. The rooms are partially updated, with a mix of newish and really old furnishings. The first time we stayed, we were very pleased with the comfort of the mattresses. The second time, the mattress was not comfortable at all. The freezer was in desperate need of defrosting. There were spots of mold on the ceiling and lamp shades. The towels, although clearly laundered, were stained. The main areas, tub, toilet, sink, were clean, but corners and baseboards were pretty dusty. That being said, overall, it met our needs. Need more attention to detail, and complete upgrades. Not a luxury stay, but we really just want a clean place to sleep and shower. Staff was very friendly.

Door broken. Shower didn’t work. Had to change rooms. Not clean. Left early. Shortened stay.

It had a pool Terrible breakfast, there was no care in the preparation. burnt dried eggs and overcooked sausage.

We did an overnight trip to St. Michael’s and stayed this Quality Inn. Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was in great condition. The rooms were modern and recently updated according to a staff member. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again on my travels to Maryland.

There was a condom floating in the pool my kids were already swimming in. Luckily it was unopened.

Breakfast was ok- Room has been through some wears. Stains on comforter and floors-chipped doors-WAY outdated TV. But the room was mostly clean with the exception of a toilet plunger in a grocery bag in the bathroom which was a little gross. Stained comforter and flooring- VERY outdated tv-DEF a bare bones place for almost $200 per night. Breakfast was just ok but included in the nightly cost. Place needs to be updated to be honest. But we did not have a great deal of choices given our late request.

Someone brought their dog ( not a service animal " into the breakfast buffet.
