Quality Inn

The decor was dated and older but the facilities were clean. Exterior lawn and sidewalks were well manicured and attractive. The facility was well populated with guests and their behavior was quite acceptable. Unfortunately upon returning in the afternoon to my room on day 2 I found my door open and accessible. On Day 3 the adjoining room was not provided with towels. Otherwise all went well and the breakfast provided was delicious!

We have seen the Quality Inn numerous times when we travel through and stay overnight in Easton. This particular night rates were extremely expensive at the other hotels in town we normally stay in. We decided to book with the Quality Inn because the rates were so much better. The property is older but very well maintained. The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean. Again it’s an older property but clean. The beds were comfy, shower was clean and hot. The parking lot had plenty of lighting and security cameras. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

The location was very good. The room was old dirty there was wet stains on the ceiling and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I found pills or medicine not sure in between the pillows on the couch that was also dirty.

Bed was uncomfortable, furniture was old. There was a note stating that updates were in progress, but have been delayed due to supply chain issues.

The staff was extremely friendly. The outdoor pool was clean and relaxing. Could use a little updating. Great otherwise!!

The pool needs alot work, More trash cans in the rooms, lots of wear and tear, definitely needs upgrading.

It was pleasant having a room that overlooked the courtyard.

No open Wi-Fi

The bedding was comfortable and breakfast was better than I expected. The front desk Lady was nice and welcoming. The room is very outdated and needs a refresh (peeling paint, stained walls, unstable toilet). The AC unit is quite noisy.

Condition of room. Floor was very uneven, bathroom floor was slippery, so was the bathtub. I was afraid of falling.

The pool was great Tv was outdated, the bathroom door didn’t close fully..

Pool The only thing I liked was the pool because it looked nice, green, and well decorated. The room smelled old, and the bathroom was dirty and unattractive. The toilet was dirty as well. The bed was damaged because the headboard fell off as soon as I sat down on it. What I hated the most was the television because it was an extremely old Panasonic model, so we couldn’t even watch TV. I paid almost $200 for one night because I thought it was a beautiful and comfortable hotel, different from many others. I’m very disappointed that I wasted that money and missed the opportunity to stay somewhere else that would have been at least somewhat better.

We had an okay stay. Staff were very nice and helpful. However, the place was run down and looking worse for wear. Didn’t love that it was an outdoor hotel- it was giving motel vibes but with a hotel price tag. The room was clean but definitely run down, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the tub/shower was looking rough. Stopped by the pool and the water was extremely hot. It was a hot day, so i’m not sure how much the hotel could control but regardless the pool was not refreshing. Only a few chairs were out and no towels available at the pool so we had to go and ask and waited several minutes. Overall not the best experience, and definitely not worth the money for a poor night of sleep and a less than comfortable stay.
