I was there on a Business trip to shoot a Movie in the area.

Moldy wall in bathroom and paper thin walls.

Kind and friendly service.

Close to where I had to go. There was a bad smell in the room. I lodged my concerns on Saturday but it wasnt taken seriously. They said they sprayed the room with a deodorizer. But bc I didn’t get home until late I didn’t notice a difference. In fact the smell has gotten worse. The charger ports for the phones by the bed didn’t work. The bottles in the shower that hold the shampoo, conditioner and body soap were rusted. One of the keys for the rooms didn’t work. And the elevator was out on Monday when we left. Made it difficult to get downstairs (I have a disability). It was a lot of little things that just added up. I was in town for a wedding and had to focus on that. I was disappointed in this stay.

This hotel was perfect for our needs.

Bfast was great. Area with food a bit tight for multiple people getting bfast but great spread. If all HIE's are like this one it will be our go to when traveling. Pool water was to cold to swim even for grandkids. Only complaint for whole stay.

The shower had great water pressure

I did’t like having a room next to the laundry room. We stay there often and we didn’t like hearing the machines run.
