Everyone was extremely accommodating!!! Nothing

Nice selection while scrambled eggs looked a little overcooked It would have been nice if the toilet seat was secure, if the tub had a stopper for a bath, if the fridge and microwave were more secure and didn't fall forward when opened.

Location and accessibility. Welcoming staff and community lounge. Filled sith vibrant youth and travelers Toilet was unstable and “rocked”. Room didn’t smell fresh

The staff was friendly. Breakfast could be better. Food had been out to a point where things were dried out. Limited options if you didn't want eggs and sausage.

Room was disgusting, broken towel racks & toilet seat. Toilet also not bolted to the floor. The room was overall not clean & hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time from the spider webs & caked on dirt/mold/dust. Shower curtain was moldy and barely fit in the tub to not flood the bathroom. Staff was rude about towels & DoorDash pickup. Only two outlets worked. Pool was moldy, not clean/kept up & had a huge centipede in the pool.

Breakfast was good. Liked the yogurt. The sheets tend to come off the bed at the corners.

Your motel was in the best location for our stay. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. The morning breakfast was fine. We had water dripping down from the ceiling through a light fixture right by out suitcase. The manager was notified and she came and looked at the problem; she went upstairs to the room above it had a hot tub in their room. She came back and said their children were in the tub and they must have been splashing water. She did not offer us a different room witch I thought she should have. There was black mold on the light fixture. The manager said this same thing happened last year. With water coming down from the light fixture, I was concerned.

Everything. The best experience a person could ask for at a hotel. Would have liked a bit more of a selection for breakfast.

the individual hotel can be trusted with this level of responsibility. I have one cleaning request. the walls in the bathrooms needs to be washed around the toilet area. I understand this would take extra time and supplies. something to consider.

when I arrived I noticed the refrigerator was not working and it smelled icky. the front desk came to my room in seconds. they had just been defrosting a few that day. it was a quick fix to plug it back in. she also came equipped with a amazing cleaner and the smell was gone in seconds. they made sure to store my refrigerated items for me until mine was fully cooled. everyone goes out of their was to take such good care of me. this sounds super picky but. I would really like a better assortment of tea. my choice would be a caffeinated black/grey teas.

I choose to stay here because everyone here has always treated me so well.

The staff was super friendly everything was clean I’ve stayed here twice now and both times were great

Pool was okay. Front desk staff was very rude. Wouldn’t provide a receipt. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs were very hard and dried out coffee was weak. Juice had no flavor
