A very clean and comfortable room. The bed was great. We are seniors, so the walk-in shower was a real plus. The bathroom very nice. Breakfast buffet was very nice, also. The only improvement I would suggest for us would be to have a raised toilet.

Where it’s located Breakfast the eggs are disgusting. They are powdered and nasty.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean and breakfast amenities were great with lots of room to sit. Coffee & tea were available all day. Housekeeping went out of their way to tend to our needs. Although we didn't get to use, the gym & pool also seemed very nice. This may seem trivial, but the elevators were fast enough that popping down to the lobby for something wasn't a big deal. Can't say I found the bed to be very comfortable, but that's personal to each person and I rarely sleep well away from home. The only real issue we had is when arriving for check-in, I chose to use a different card for payment than what was used to hold the reservation. It wasn't until I got home 5 days later that I saw both cards had been charged for my stay. I guess the system automatically processed the first card, but the person at the front desk saw it and immediately processed a refund. Unfortunately that can take up to a week to refund. It all worked out, but it would have been nice if he had told me about it while I was standing there instead of me finding out on my own days later.

Except for hotels.com booking for this site that somehow did not reach the hotel … everything was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Put us up for the night before we could resolve the booking issue the following morning. All worked out.. refund from hotels.com.
