The housekeeping is every other day. This was not advertised. My room was not cleaned much to my surprise. And I arrived at 11.56 with a handicapped person and the front desk clerk said I would have to wait until 12.15 to check. I had to ask for the manager on duty to get a room. The staff is terrible. Not up to Hilton standards.

Dirty face cloth left from previous guest. Staff very helpful and friendly. Refrigerator froze everything. Breakfast was very good. Parking was fine.

For the cost, I was not impressed. The toilet kept sticking and running. The shower was dirty and had a dirty rag in it. Breakfast was $7/ person and was the same continental breakfast that come with the room at other hotels. I will not be returning.

We had a last minute booking. Booking was easy, staff was pleasant and helpful, pool was clean with plenty of clean towels, and laundry facility was well maintained. The room was clean, and well kept. Only suggestion is to provide extra blankets on the room but we had our own. Great experience overall from start to end.

There was tick in the room, we told the from disk, moved us to a different room, then found different kind if insect. We asked to speak to a manger but we were ignored .
