The manager made sure the stay was great. Hotel had a flood before we got there on a couple floors but the manager gave accommodation so made it worth while

The building smelled like an ashtray. We were actually charged $100 for smoking!!! Plus a $137 charge they couldn't explain. They refunded that after talking to a rude male who insisted we smoked in the bathroom! Absolutely pitiful. We're a senior couple that was there for a funeral. Never again!

Because I was there for ems state training/conference, in our check-in conversation, she said that she would put me a section of the hotel that was less occupied so it would be quieter. Having a heated pool was fantastic.

The location was great. The breakfast was good. The people working there were great. The hall had a blinking light and stained carpet. The grounds had trash and a messy dumpster in the parking lot. The lawn wasn't kept up.
