Sleep Inn & Suites Edmond near University

Clean Nothing

The breakfast was great with several options. The rooms were clean and the poop was very relaxing. Due to the fact that I am a shorter person and have a bad back, I would have like the beds to be a little closer to the floor as it was difficult for me and my kids to get into the beds.

The room had a moldy smell. Pillows were terrible. Bed linen had holes in it.

Exceptional

Great breakfast.

The hotel was clean, we'll maintained and peaceful. I would definitely stay again

The. room was clean and the bed was comfy. We returned after my surgery and had the time to eat breakfast which was good. The floor in the room creaked in some spots. The pillows were flat and need to keep more than 2 towels for showers.

This is a very tired property. The price was great. I booked because it had was rated highly. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again. The room was damp...it smelled of mold or mildew. We were given a spray that we could spray on the carpet. That helped. The entire property was very "tired" and not well kept. The stairs weren't vacuumed the entire 4 days that we were there. The only redeeming quality was the beds were extremely comfortable! After we got rid of the smell at least we slept well. I would have left the hotel but we really didn't spend much time there. Thankfully it didn't cost much. My mother-in-law's room had worn carpet in front of her sink. They shouldn't have even put a person in that room. Our shower was old and stained. If you need a cheap place to sleep...this is it.

Pleasant

Exceptional

The staff is amazing for the most part. But the manager is exceptional. Always giving you 100%. Makes you feel like your comfort is his personal goal. Remember your name and face. Now that is a dedicated manager. Because of him I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants AAA service, comfort, clean, great fresh breakfast, so worth the amazing cost. There is nothing not to like, ok maybe one thing. They need a better late checkout time... never mind just book another night. 5 stars all the way.

Amazing staff. Great breakfast options. Clean, they make you feel at home. There is nothing not to like.

Great breakfast and very nice staff. Could be a little cleaner.

Very good

It was comfortable and in good location

The staff at this property was super nice and helpful! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Shopping and dining options were super close.

Ok

Would not accept Expedia pricing

Stayed here for a week. Had no issues. Large breakfast with lots of options. Room was clean enough. Everything is a little worn and could use some updating in places, but for the price, I found it to be a good value.
