Sleep Inn & Suites Edmond near University

Staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the suite. It was quiet, spacious and felt private. Thank you!

The building smelled like an ashtray. We were actually charged $100 for smoking!!! Plus a $137 charge they couldn't explain. They refunded that after talking to a rude male who insisted we smoked in the bathroom! Absolutely pitiful. We're a senior couple that was there for a funeral. Never again!

Staff was very helpful and quick getting me checked in. Answered all questions I had. Very friendly great place to stay.

The room was nice and comfortable while the staff were very kind and helpful when I went to them with questions. I have never entered that facility without seeing a smile or the bare minimum acknowledgment of my presence. My only gripe about this place is that the breakfast menu needs diversity- I love a good sausage link and scrambled as much as the next guy, but that was all they supplied. But that’s also not enough to degrade this place I had a great stay and would consider coming here again when I come back to Edmond. But please.. try bacon next time? Lol

But no In the morning when I got up, my clothes felt wet. When I got out of the bed and stepped on the floor and got back in, my feet were clearly wetter than the bed, but the bed was also wet. It's like the A/C was pumping humidity into the room rather than out It was just as wet in the morning as it was at night.

Our room smelt like wet towels, the bath room door did not close all the way and there was a huge gap under our door 2 inches maybe. There was no real water pressure in the shower. I will not be visiting this particular Sleep Inn again

The room stunk to high heaven like old cigarettes and it was a no smoking motel I told the clerk at checked and he refunded me 20/ the Expedia purchase did not go through I had to change the night to Friday night and that when he couldn’t find it he was going to honor the Expedia purchase but he couldn’t find it even with te # so had to pay full price

The hotel was very nice! The rooms were clean the staff were very helpful and nice. Great buffet breakfast food got every morning. Plenty of parking, definitely would be staying again.

The location was close to downtown Edmond, which was convenient for what I needed. The check-in was quick, and the staff was very friendly. being pet friendly was a requirement and this exceeded all expectations.

Beds are very comfortable and shower is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.
