The front desk 2nd shift ladies were absolutely awesome!! They were the Best!!

My room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! I don't normally sleep well in hotels, but this experience was amazing. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I would have preferred a room closer to my family member I was traveling with.

We arrived later during a shift change and staff were friendly informal and patient. We were there for Orientation at SIUE. The breakfast was hot and good and the attendants made sure everything stayed stocked. This question doesn't apply

The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is really decent and the morning lady is just wonderful! So friendly and keeps things so tidy! This is always our choice in Edwardsville.

Breakfast was the best - 10/10 recommend

The property was fine. The room rate was criminally insane. I realize surge pricing is a common practice, but $500 for this property was essentially organized crime. My assistant made the reservation, but had I known I would not have booked at that rate. Also, the place was a zoo with multiple youth sports teams and kids running up and down the halls. We actually left the property and drove 2.5 hours home (leaving at 10:30 p.m.). Criminal!!!
