The owners are very friendly. They make sure the customers are comfortable they get exactly what they need. The housekeepers are very nice and if you need anything you just ask them they bring it to your room. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The towels are nice and clean and fresh. There are benches outside with barbecue grills that we enjoy when we're there. When we are in El Campo, the Lone Star is our home.

Not very happy with stay The room was nasty cobwebs on the ceiling, bad stains on carpet, not clean, had French fries still on floor and on last day found roaches

I would stay on the op side oc the lobby, the birds by that tree are crazy lol other than that great prop, people at front are cools. I wish they had smoking rooms. Had to outside to smoke. But that was ok. Breakfast is Homemade n Great!! Another wish is that it lasted longer lol

They claimed I had nothing booked. Then turned around and said two rooms are booked. I said how when we have little kids so it wasn’t possible to book 2 rooms and they refused to let us stay if I didn’t book 2 rooms

For what I would consider a budget hotel, it exceeded my expectations. It was clean the breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. We had no issues here and have no problem staying here again if needed. The only negative I could add would be the smell of cleaning product. If you could find a scentless product it would be great.

It's small without any bells and whistles but it was clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly.

Very clean and safe Breakfast no coffee, out of eggs and sausage, milk was a bit sour. Something to work on. But nice area to eat.

My only issue was being put between two construction crew rooms who left their room doors open half the time. It made me uncomfortable. I felt persons traveling for personal reasons, should be kept separate, if possible, from the work crews-not placed in the middle of them.
