I was very disappointed that they really don’t have breakfast. There were 2 prices listed so I paid more for “breakfast included” and they had stopped serving breakfast. They put out wrapped pastries and muffins. That pricing should be changed.

Hosts are nice! Close to shopping!

Love staying here when I come to visit family. Nice rooms, friendly staff, safe and convenient location, and great selection of TV channels. What more could you ask for?!

Super clean facilities with few amenities. If you only need a place to sleep, highly recommend it. If you look for comfort, I’d suggest to bring your needs with you. Such as a fluffy pillow.

Location was easy to find, right on a major intersection. Several places were available for eating, within walking distance from the hotel. The room on the 2nd floor looked recently renovated and was comfortable.

Solid little hotel with an excellent value compared to other Berkeley properties at the same time of year. I was a bit taken aback at first by the strong smell of Fabuloso and the less than posh surroundings. But the room was very clean with updated flooring and bedding, The hotel is within reasonable walking distance to a Bart station, which made getting around very convenient. There is also free parking if you do have your own car. Nothing fancy - breakfast consisted of coffee, tea and packaged baked goods and soap/shampoo products were cheap quality. Definitely worth considering if you are traveling to the Berkeley/SF area on a budget.

Bed and shower were clean, the mini fridge and microwave worked. Plenty of parking and right off of 80, so easy access for a commuter like me. Overall a decent stay for what you are paying for.

Love it!!!!! Everything is clean, the beds don't make strange noises!!!! You sleep very well! And the best of all that in the middle of the night you wake up and it's quiet, you don't hear a single noise either in the streets or inside the Hotel!

This is a great hotel to stay at. Everything is perfect, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mahalo!

I appreciated the early check-in. As usual check in was easy, the rooms are spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The rooms can be a bit dark
