When I checked out the next day. The guy who was in the office was rude. I won't return again here.

I dint like that we couldn't sleep due to the people next to us had a child and the would put up the TV on high.We had a company dinner that night and we wanted to rest the next day but it was impossible.

it was my worst ever stay in my life everything there not acceptable not clean not conformable, very old. restroom inside the room …etc bad

the bed are comfortable and it was clean they charge $150 deposit… and they don’t even have phone in the room to contact reception.

Great location and the employees are great! It's too bad they work with owners who show no pride in their business, leaving them to deal with uncomfortable situations. Shame on you OWNERS! It was a small room; the internet did not work; the bed took up most of the room, blocking the passageway(hazard); there were roaches underneath the refrigerator, the bed cushion was sunk in, a desk but no chair, and the TV was obstructing the passageway (almost hit my head), another HAZARD! I asked for a full refund the following day and left!!!

Nothing, it was terrible. Unsafe, smelled of drugs and smoke in the room which set off my wife's asthma so we could not stay. Staff were extremely unhelpful and we are £1200 out of pocket . We moved to the Extended stay for a few hundred dollars more where we knew it was safe for families Unsafe, not suitable for families, not as listed, smoking in rooms when it's illegal. Smell of drugs.

The staff is very friendly It’s nothing fancy, it’s pretty dirty and they have a roach problem. My son got ring worm after leaving this place.

nothing it was horrible and we didn’t even get to enjoy the room our neighbors were loud and we didn’t even get to sleep. everything

It me and 2 female friends.. it was my friends birthday so we got this hotel cause it was cheap and looked really nice and we just needed it to get ready and nap really quick we were probably gonna drive back especially with traffic dying down. I walked in first killed a roach on the bathroom barn style door and didn’t tell her cause did want to scare her .I had to kill a total of 3 roaches with in a matter of five minute span of me stepping inside . worse part was one of them was on the pillow. I ended up telling her about them she admitted there was another one on back side of the barn door . I figured I wouldn’t get a refund so we napped in my car in the parking lot . They ended up getting ready in the car due to roach infestation the hotel had .

easy to find not soundproof (hard to be that when the door has some gaps around the edge) no additional security locks & no lock from the adjoining room on my end no microwave surprise fees

Bed was not comfortable at all. Bathroom had a missing door. blinds did not cover all the way and found two roaches (alive). I did not enjoy my night fearing roaches would crawl on me.

The room had a bad smell , the furniture was dirty , bed was really cheap it was sink down when you sat on it , and the restroom was definitely not cleaned properly

Rooms was poorly cleaning. Had possible drugs inside the air conditioner. Stained bed sheets and dirty room overall.

Only food4less is around thats the best part of the hotel The property is old and even the furniture. Waste of money to stay in this hotel. The vending machine were out of order since long and didnt had stock, no water kettle, no coffee machines, mo hair dryer. The doors were not opening by the card they had to open it by keys..Very funny hotel. I saw people from the government COVID aid program and thats why the owner of the property was not interested to retain the walk in guest. Doesn’t worth for the amount they took
