The rooms and property was completely different than the pictures

Do not stay here! The pictures are deceiving. This place is run down, the cleanliness of the room is not up to par and the environment feels sketchy. We were given towels with stains on them, when we asked for more they gave us more stained towels and said they did not have anything else (we had to buy our own from CVS). The bed is horrible! Its not even a bed, the headboard and the bed are not attached. It is more like sleeping on a prison cot, its very uncomfortable, unstable and makes a lot of noise. The bathroom had tiny dead roaches in it. They also charge a ridiculous amount for plates and silverware (bring your own if you must stay here). The people that run this place should be ashamed of themselves.

staff could have been better i know we have bad days which is understandable but like at the same time i just wanted some more channels lol and to be heard and listened to about the tv remote not working and the body wash not working

Passable

The Facility were dirty, employees seemed as if he didn’t know what he was doing and I waited 2 hours just to see the room

Exceptional

There were other individuals outside that made the place feel unsafe especially as a woman. I woke up the next morning and found a cricket in the sink. This place needs to update their rooms and keep them cleaner and more friendlier. i would not stay here again.

When I checked out the next day. The guy who was in the office was rude. I won't return again here.

I dint like that we couldn't sleep due to the people next to us had a child and the would put up the TV on high.We had a company dinner that night and we wanted to rest the next day but it was impossible.

To much deposit!!!

Bed was

the bed are comfortable and it was clean they charge $150 deposit… and they don’t even have phone in the room to contact reception.

it was my worst ever stay in my life everything there not acceptable not clean not conformable, very old. restroom inside the room …etc bad

Great location and the employees are great! It's too bad they work with owners who show no pride in their business, leaving them to deal with uncomfortable situations. Shame on you OWNERS! It was a small room; the internet did not work; the bed took up most of the room, blocking the passageway(hazard); there were roaches underneath the refrigerator, the bed cushion was sunk in, a desk but no chair, and the TV was obstructing the passageway (almost hit my head), another HAZARD! I asked for a full refund the following day and left!!!

This hotel it’s on a bad spot rooms are super small and ugly will not come back at all to this place I will not recommend this place at all

Bad

Nothing, it was terrible. Unsafe, smelled of drugs and smoke in the room which set off my wife's asthma so we could not stay. Staff were extremely unhelpful and we are £1200 out of pocket . We moved to the Extended stay for a few hundred dollars more where we knew it was safe for families Unsafe, not suitable for families, not as listed, smoking in rooms when it's illegal. Smell of drugs.
