Our room was not the cleanest. We moved the ottoman to put our feet up, and underneath was broken up cookies, dirt and lots of crumbs. Assuming they vacuumed around it. There was also food on the counter in the kitchen area. The front desk staff really wasn't helpful. I asked about restaurants nearby. She didn't know. I asked where nearest grocery store was, she said I could Google it. Please note to bring your own cleaning supplies. They only will give you pods to go in the dishwasher. That is it. If you want to clean the counters or wash a cup with dish soap instead of running the whole dishwasher, you will need your own supplies. There is no pool or other amenities except the exercise room and a small outdoor area with a grill. There is no continental breakfast in the mornings. There is a large area to buy snacks, yogurt, bottled water, etc. Although it was were very expensive to purchase anything and the bottle of lemonade I did purchase was 6 months past the expiration date. The room was large and bathroom was spacious.

The staff is wonderful. It’s a great stay for pets. The location is misleading, it’s not near the airport. But it is a great place, the outside space is serene and comfortable.

I am Avery detailed person who have seen the world . In my 2 years staying in USA , this place is by far the nicest, Cleanest and most comfortable I ever booked . I wish we had it in Houston too so I stay a night every now and then just for fun. Veronica , the front desk manger is so cute and humble , very naive person . When I saw pets in the hotel I was reluctant because my daughter has allergies. It was so clean , so organized that makes say wow. Saying so it would be nice to have coupe extra hangers in the bath room. Also some hotel foot wears to make it one of top tiers. I congratulate the owner and the management for the piece of art. Note never had the time go check the gym. I didn’t like leaving it

The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not be added to the room charge and when I went to pay for them, they didn't accept American Express which means I couldn't pay with my company card. Paid out of pocket.

The room was large but that's about it. Bugs in the kitchen of the room. The floor was super dirty and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Dishes were dirty. The beds were horrible. The noise was awful- we could hear someone running the halls above us super early in the am. You could hear what sounded like someone barfing right outside our door starting at 5am. Way too expensive for the nastiness!

Nice place to stay near Ft. Biss! Safe, quiet, with helpful staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Nothing. It’s ridiculous how a paid reservation gets canceled. I was coming from Out of State and was 30 minutes away and when i call front desk im told my reservation was canceled because i didnt show up. If I’m coming out of state obviously i will be arriving late and will not be there by 3pm check in. This is the first and only hotel to ever give me an issue and cancel a reservation thats already paid for because they arrived late. I would understand if the room wasnt paid and it got canceled but no that was not the case here. I request a full refund!
