Why is the deposit so high before it wasn’t that much before! Would recommend changing it to at least $75.

Bathroom door in room 222 did not close We were a bit surprised that we were asked at check-in "What is the reason for your stay?" - I believe that is a bit personal and in fact nobodys business.

Breakfast one more was cold, next morning food was running low, and not replenished at 7:15 in the morning, and tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned. Mattress was worn, lumpy and no support as was one of the pillows. We stayed at this Holiday Inn location last year without any issues. What happened?! Needless to say we will NOT return and stay at a different establishment on our next visit to El Paso.

Side note….3 young women witnessed leaving early 7ish in the morning, different times and dressed scantily with no luggage left out the front door to awaiting cars picking them up. HMM!!! Won’t be staying here again!

Overall stay was good. There were issues with the air conditioning on the 4th floor. Corridor/lobby temps were well over 90 degrees due to the A/C being off. However, the A/C in the room worked fine.

Room was very spacious. The breakfast had many options, including healthier options that I’ve never seen and other places. Staff was very friendly.
