We didn't like that out comped room was one of the older rooms with carpet that just felt dirty. Our friends got a connected room and it had vinyl floors and just felt so much cleaner. I have asthma so a room without carpet would have been better.

Ordering food to you room was very limited as you could only order on certain day and times. The parking access was difficult to figure out at first as it was way back behind everything. Two night stay and room was not cleaned after the first night. Water was $4.00 in the room, typically free at other hotels I stayed at. I will not stay there again.

The positives, the pool area was clean, the casino staff was lovely and helpful, the waitresses were charming, the poker area was great and the free coffee was the highlight for me. Sadly I won’t be back to this one, it’s quite secluded to boot. Don’t travel here with a family.

The room was clean. The casino was nice lots of slots was very packed on Friday night and Saturday night. The food wasn’t good at the food court or their coffee shop at the hotel. The ladies in the morning said, the espresso machine was broken. They just didn’t know how to work it all week. Couldn’t even get a latte.

A huge facility and lush green grounds, very surprised by the size of the hotel, casino and parking areas. Room was nice, nothing special, but clean and fairly inexpensive. One quibble: Wish they did not allow smoking in the casino at all. As former smokers, it's hard to not feel trapped by the smoke even though there is a designated area for smoking. The ventiliation didn't do that great of a job eliminating the smoke. Michelle at front desk was amazing and very personable.

There is no signage outside to show where you should park, and check-in is on the 3rd floor - but there is nothing to tell you. There are multiple doors - none of which have any signs stating you need to go up to the 3rd floor to check-in. Nobody told us we had to call and request housekeeping clean our rooms and, and nothing in the room to let us know. After finally learning, and calling they finally came about 4:00 PM..

The hotel was beautiful, our room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. We walked through the casino to eat, but didn't play anything. We had dinner at the Piazza, food was very good and a nice selection. Only disappointment was the Mexican and Pizza restaurants were not open.

The GPS map leading you to the property takes you down some super tight one lane roads that are really curvy and also on a steep incline and decline. The other thing is, when you pull up to the area to unload and check in, it's just a blank lobby with no signs for direction. You go in at the garage level and there is an empty space with 4 elevators but no signs telling you where to go. You have to take the elevator to the 1st floor to check in and then go back down to the garage level to get your things. Then you have to go to your room to drop your stuff off and then back down to the garage to park your car and the garage to park is about a 100 yards away. Not very convenient at all. And if you have a lifted vehicle that doesn't fit in the garage like I do, the adjacent parking lot is an even further walk away.
