Caesars Southern Indiana Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

I waited this hotel okay because of the staff. The bed is uncomfortable, the whole room needed a makeover. Every piece of furniture and sheets and towels have been used and reused too many times. The room is spacious and it was a place to stay for a ridiculous amount of money. And I could still smell years of smoke being inhaled into my lungs well lounging in that room.

The casino Stayed at the hotel and my husband ended up getting bites. From the bed bugs! This is unacceptable. We just found out what it was from after a dr visit.

Clean and friendly staff Casino did not pay out much.

Staff was friendly at check in and every time we saw them on the property. The room was ok clean. The carpet beside the bed towards the headboards had not been vacuumed in a while. The room smelled like smoke but was clean otherwise. The bedding can use an upgrade. The blanket sounded and felt like a disposable diaper. The casino was fun and staff there were also great.

The staff was great and the room was clean. The only thing was the water temperature going cold even when it was turned all the way up to hot.

Only downside was no microwave in the rooms. Pool area can use some updates. Yes, I will stay there again.

Wouldn’t give us a non smoking room so that was pretty disappointing/ it smelled very bad

Very nice and we enjoyed the casino. The nacho plate was huge!

Rooms were clean... beds were comfortable... shower head gave a great shower.. took a picture of shower head so I could buy one for my house... great hospitality at front desk... will return again

Any food on site was expensive and there is nothing special about the rooms, but i do feel they were a good value because i booked early and got a fair price.

Good place to stay when going to any event in Louisville. Mich less traffic and nice comfortable bed.

We enjoyed that it was not very busy and was a quiet location. The room air quality was damp and muggy. Our clothes and bedspread felt damp and wet, along with any towels used, those were always wet to the touch. The water itself had a slimy feel to it as well. The bedspread was not soft. It was very hard like it had air dried.

I had a great staff. Was a little confused on finding the lobby. Fyi go to first floor or if you park in the garage go to top floor. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very nice

Casino was full of action nicely laid out. Poker room was a little dead, but that is no fault of the Casino. I found it a bit chilly. Food offerings were good I highly recommend the pizza and pho was excellent. Scott at The front end desk was the most professional polite person I’ve ever dealt with when checking in/asking questions etc anywhere I’ve been all over the world. He is a true professional, he should be highly paid and praised for his ability to connect with each and every customer. In my opinion I felt like I was talking to the manager of the hotel. Do not lose this employee he serves your hotel like he owes it. 10 stars for Scott without a doubt

Room was dusty but everything else was wonderful. Enjoyed the casino and the food at the grill. Stayed here for Louder than life and was definitely great for staying out of Louisville before and after. Check in and check out was easy, parking for hotel was convenient and seperate from casino. We got the smoking room, yes the whole floor smelled like smoke but it's the room we chose. Definitely recommend this hotel.
