Locally owned mom and pop so the money stays in the community. That part I like. Met expectations as I wasn't wanting anything fancy. Clean rooms and you can tell they care. Lumped everyone into rooms next to each other. Made for a noisy night.

Nothing it was dirty and smelled like smoke. Smelled like smoke bathroom door didn’t close. And was a dirty room.

None It was uncomfortable

The bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping on plywood with a sheet over it! I should have tried sleeping on the floor!

Location was great. At that rate I’d expected a breakfast.

Price ok Room smelly, some kind of wood shavings on floor, toilet seat cover dusty, and cheap, thin towels
-
Beautiful rooms. Only bad is the laundry is yuck and the room doors are outside. But I knew that about the room doors going into it. The service was absolutely excellent.

Staff. The lock on the door was not comforting. And the heat did not work.

I enjoyed my stay. The room smelled a little smoky but it was very clean and comfortable. I’d stay again. Great value. It was very clean and pretty peaceful. Very friendly people

The place looks horrible and its dirty smells like cigarettes The smells, rooms stinks

The staff were nice. We were given a room off to ourselves so the other guests wouldn't disrupt our stay. The lights on the outside were bright and the curtains didn't really block the glare. The place was obviously privately owned, you take the good with the bad.

We had a flat tire from the hwy. The owner offered to give us a ride to Michael's Tire's Plus. He was a great guy! W e appreciated the ride. Nothing

Simple, very friendly, good value

The location to interstate is good and the price for the area is exceptional. It needs some updating and repair. It also has some long term residents smoking in certain areas that left the immediate area in front of the door smelling like stale cigarette.

I booked the room in advance for louder than life. I booked 2 days only and attended louder than life on Saturday. I was nervous about my booking being canceled because I saw a lot of talk about hotels reserved in advance that were canceled on people so they could rebook for the higher price. I was so thankful that when I got there, they honored my booking and the original price I booked under. Thank you to the owners/staff you guys are amazing.
