Do not believe the pictures! This place is so unbelievably nasty that the minute I walked in. I turned around and walked right back out! Stains on the wall stains on the sheets. It was disgusting. They refused to cancel my reservation. They refused to give me a refund. They were rude. Do not stay here. They should not be allowed to show the pictures on the website because it is false advertisement! This place is a roach motel.

The floors were dirty, the shower curtain was moldy, the drapes had cigarette burns, and our first night (out of two) the TV didn't work. When we needed to exchange a towel, there was only one clean one available in the entire hotel, so I'm glad we got it when we did. The breakfast is very limited, cereal and a few mini-muffins from the grocery store. The staff was actually friendly and did what they could with extremely limited resources.

When I brought my service dog, I was asked what breed she was & then I was questioned as to what my dog’s job was! I let them know that it is against the law to ask that. To which she said “Yes, I know, but people have tried to bring a chihuahua in here as a service dog before!” We also heard from another guest this morning, that room 101 has BLACK MOLD!! As her and her child were checking out of that room! At the premium price we paid due to it being Notre Dame’s first home game…… Not acceptable! Beware & AVOID staying here!!!

My new room didn’t have a TV, the shower didn’t work it leaked everywhere and had zero pressure. I hate to complain but this was insane, the staff was rude - made me pay extra because my room was “double booked” what should have taken 10 minutes took over 4 hours… The original lady told me I needed to come back when management arrived, so I went to dinner did my show I was booked to do and came back and was told Managment wasn’t there today and how I needed to pay more money if I wanted to stay. I spent 280$ in total and couldn’t get into my room, the fella helped me get in then proceeded to give me an attitude over it. All night long there was arguing outside of my room whatever it’s Elkhart that’s not the issue the issue was them banging on my door at 4am… The next morning (Saturday) house keeping came in while I was asleep and said I needed to leave because check out was at 11, even though I had 2 nights? I sat in my car for 45 minutes waiting as she “cleaned” my room, I got let back in and noticed nothing was cleaned but my luggage sure was gone through. I’d like a full refund or something this was lucas

Front desk person seems like she was on meth or something kept looking away and talking to herself while checking me in. Couldn't stay focused on the task for more than 5 seconds at a time. Beds were clean but the floor felt gross, didn't dare touch it with my feet. Room windows were filthy.

The room was very clean and spacious. The location was convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fridge leaked, there was no light bulbs it any of the light fixtures, the bar of soap was open before my husband ever got the chance to shower and there was no towels or shampoo or conditioner.

The breakfast and coffee was below average and they might have been better off not to mention the have it.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Staff was friendly and courteous. The only drawback is that the room had a musty smell. Could have done well with a little air freshener.

the room seemed ok after checking in but the tv wouldnt work the desk staff wasnt any help trying to get it working telling me i needed to reset the reciver myself which i did twice to no avail she finally gave me another room and once again the tv didnt have the proper connections i ended up losing money and booked elsewhere i would not recommend staying here at all
