Great family trip! Loved the multiple pools, the beach was perfect, bars/restaurants at the lake and pool! Perfect for families.

Beautiful resort for families to make memories!

That said, we were a little disappointed that so many activities came with additional fees. We were surprised that things like stand-up paddleboards and bikes weren’t included for resort guests. It would have made the experience feel like a better value. The only other issue was that the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up, which made it less comfortable during our stay. Overall, it’s a nice resort in a beautiful setting, but a few improvements would make the guest experience even better.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful property grounds, nice pool areas and nice beach. Restaurants have good food. The toasted almond coffee is so good. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Will definitely be back.

Also, we were unable to get the master bedroom temperature correct. Unit ran continually. I expected a lot more for the price paid per night.

I contacted the staff due to safety concerns in our room. The fireplace panel was broken and we couldn’t close it, so there was exposed wiring and my two year old was shoving his toys into the panel. I contacted the front desk and explained the issue and they didn’t respond for over a day. Then on Sunday my son found a bottle of aspirin that was left by someone who has stayed in the room previously. I turned it in to the front desk and asked if a manager could speak with me and they said they’d call me as soon as they were in. No one ever contacted me. I messaged, called and emailed. No response. Very disappointing

The resort exceeded our expectations! Room was very nice, beautiful property and top notch spa.

Parking remains a nightmare on race weekends. And warning, the outdoor pools are not heated. Learned that the hard way. Lake Deck looks great!

Location and property were very good. No issues with any aspect of stay and recommend the property.

Such a kind, friendly and helpful staff at The Osthoff Resort! We're definitely going to go back again!

We had an incredible stay at this resort. The outdoor pool wasn’t open yet, but it was just getting ready to open and it looks stunning. The room was lovely and the bartenders were incredible. We also had a delicious breakfast both mornings on site. We had an issue with our air-conditioning not working the first night and they graciously moved us to a nicer room, except for the inconvenience of having to move all of our things after one night. It was fantastic the way that the staff responded. Even though it was later in the evening.

Beautiful 2 BR 2 BA room with small kitchen. Clean and well maintained. Coffee maker and coffee provided. Jacuzzi tub. We were very impressed with the room, grounds and hot tub in lower level. A+ for this stay!

Clean, well-maintained room. Comfy bed and linens, big tub, jetted. Grounds are beautiful. Great food and shopping in very small town setting.
