Stopped in while moving to Boston from North Carolina. Had a lot of important possessions locked in a moving truck, parked around the side where it was well-lit and visible to multiple security cameras, providing peace of mind. Checked in late (called ahead) and the lady at the desk was very friendly and gave us great driving advice for the day ahead. Secure and decent for a truck stop. Guests and people nearby kept to themselves. Dated, but bug-free, clean, and functional. Shampoo came in little single-use packs, one provided as hand soap. Highly recommend for a safe, quiet, easy stop on a very long drive. McDonald’s next door for breakfast.

Our stay at the Elkton Lodge was incredible, it was easy to locate and the ckeck-in/check-out process was a breeze. A minor issue with the AC was resolved quickly and cordially by staff, and the bed was perfect after a 4 hour car ride.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, very convenient to I 95.

This is a nice mom and pop style hotel. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean.

Looks like old motel on the outside, but really kept well on the inside. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice. Cozy and quiet. Enjoyed the stay no problems at all. Complimentary water bottles x2 per day and complimentary tote 1 per visit. Very nice experience

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well kept, with comfortable beds, a TV, microwave, refrigerator, and no carpet, which we appreciated. The bathroom was clean and fine for our stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early at 11:00 a.m. instead of the regular 3:00 p.m. check-in time, which was a big help. Whenever we asked for anything, including bottled water, extra pillows, and shaving razors, they delivered it to the room right away. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay

Close to university of Delaware. Easy access. Parking is great. Property owners/managers very nice Heating and AC worked well Bed was comfortable. Quite dated and a bit worn. Ceiling in my room look like it had a few leak fixes but was not finished properly. Sink backed up as water ran. Has a musty smell in the rooms

The room smelled liked smoke and the floor was sticky. The couch in the room was old smelly and dirty.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, although it smelled like pool chemicals. The bed was a little hard. We didn't spend much time in the room because we had an agenda of activities, so it served the purpose. It was very quiet there. The truckers stay here so we would hear the trucks come in and out, but it wasn't excessive. It is convenient to places to eat and I-95.

Great owner! He seemed very passionate about the recent refresh of the property and it shows. Great touches throughout. There awesome marketing materials and the little amenities throughout the Elkton Lodge are thoughtful. Great place to lay your head and support a local mom and pop establishment when in this area.
