Good location, price, room, b’fast! Pool status has been “renovating” for over 10 years! Just close it already and take off website

Location Sounded like someone was being murdered in the room next to ours. Bloodcurdling screaming. Dog barking like crazy. We decided to leave. While checking out the desk clerk said the people stayed there all the time and they had trouble with them every single time. I’m 65, probably spent over 1000 nights in hotels. First time I’ve ever checked out and not stayed because of an issue. If they KNOW they always cause trouble WHY do they allow them to continue to stay. Can say with certainty we will NEVER stay here again. We will also warn everyone about the situation. Hopefully expect a refund but based on their failure to deal with issues like this, I would imagine booking.com will have to step in.

The clean rooms great helpful staff Nothing

The beds were comfortable! The hallway carpets and furniture were all banged up or stained. The guests seemed a little rowdy the night we stayed, including an incessant yapping dog. If you turn the AC blower on though it drowns out the other noise. Breakfast that was included was substantial and the area was quite clean, organized and the attendant was keeping up with everything! Overall it was a fine stay, but if you’re picky about room and hallway cleanliness this probably isn’t for you.

We had a great stay and breakfast. The view outside of our window was beautiful in the morning.

Nice Very small room we booked for 5 and they gave us just two twin beds and no sofa bed

Everything! The staff was so nice at all times, the check-in went pretty smooth. Room was nice, big and comfortable. There were a lot of gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants nearby, literally at a walking distance. Breakfast was also pretty decent. I would definitely stop there next time! Nothing, I liked everything. Maybe I would say that if you're planning on going to downtown Charleston when the sun is down, the routes are pretty dark, no lights at all, but that doesn't have to do anything with the hotel.

Very nice and comfortable rooms for a quick stay in. Water could be provided in the room.

This location is fantastic it’s has everything you need within walking distance

The property needs an extensive cleaning. The elevator floors had dirt and other debris on the floors and one elevator had vibrating doors. The hallway carpets needed to be vacuumed and the room floors needed cleaning. Overall, this has been a nice hotel in the past but we will not stay there again. The property has gone downhill from our last stay. We did not opt to use the free breakfast.

The staff was wonderful! Breakfast. Waited 20 minutes for empty eggs and they still were not ready. Pet friendly and it shows.

Nothing against the staff or the facility. I just had a bad time sleeping because of my back.

The suit says it sleeps 5. The room had 1 bed that sleeps and 1 pullout couch that sleeps 1. Thankfully I only had 3 people in my stay. I do not know where they expect the other two to sleep.
