WoodSpring Suites Savannah West - Ellabell Metaplant

There’s nothing in room to use other than TV and kitchenette w/o dishes or pans. Hotel is mainly for truck drivers because of its location. Even though it is clean the smell of microwaved food is all over the hallways. Overall it is good for singles. DO NOT TAKE SPOUSE.

We loved being able to control our costs and staff here listen to concerns and move quickly to rectify guests' requests. Guests must also be conscientious about managing spaces. We chose this location for three or four stays and each week, our estimation of value decreased. Housekeeping and front office were attentive, but bugs became an issue...

Very clean, great place to rest.

Nearest Grocery Store is 5 minutes away and limited selection. No pots and pans in the room. Walls are very thin plan on hearing even your next door room snoring. Beds are metal frames. but able to sleep on them.

Wonderful stay. Clean and great staff.

Also can't remember staying at a place where there was no ice machine! A fridge, stove, sink, NO ICE!! We were hoping for a pool, thought it was left out of the amenities listed online but found there actually wasn't one!

Pretty good room for a pretty good price. Not enough staff around to take care of needs.

Woke up to ants all over the desk. Gross! This was surprising because the place looks new and seemed clean. The humidity in the room was awful, even with the air on 73. The floor was damp, our clothes that were laying out were damp when we picked them up. We all felt sticky throughout the night. Terrible sleep. Luckily we were only there for 1 night. Finding bugs in your room when you wake up should immediately prompt either a discounted or free stay but that wasnt even offered when I notified the front desk as we left. Do not suggest this hotel.

Clean It was all fine

PLEASE RELOCATE THE ASHTRAY AREA AND CREATE A TRUE GATHERING SPOT FOR THESE PEOPLE; THEY BLOCK DOOR ACCESSIBILITY AND MAKE OTHER GUESTS UNCOMFORTABLE! Being a week long, this second impression is most likely the most accurate and indicates we must seek other lodging despite the convenient location to the destination.

No towels, washcloths, shower curtain or iron in my room. Friendly courteous staff however.

Was able to book quickly The beds, no breakfast, no pool, the beds too low and uncomfortable, the price per night, and staff waking us up 2 hours before check out.

The property is located in a nice area. I had 2 rooms. My daughter found two roaches running on the counter top in her room. We changed rooms. The second room’s bathroom leaked into the hallway every time she took a shower. The staff had to put towels into the hallway every time the shower was turned on. Stayed for 2 nights.. on Sunday the housekeeping staff knocked on my door for housekeeping services 3 times before check out time. The first about 7:45am.

Bed mattress was sorta comfortable, ac was kinda loud and not so great. No hand soap. Body wash and shampoo was not good at all. It was new but I’d pay extra to go somewhere else

The bed was noisy and created at times, and the traffic noise from the nearby highway was quite loud, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
