I've been here going on two weeks. My stay has been very good. The staff has been very helpful. I wish that my room would have been cleaned, floors swept and towels refreshed every other day. Overall, it's a great hotel.👍

No enough towels, mobile and uncomfortable beds and the aisle carpets smell like a dirty towels.

We had 4 people in our room. There was only 3 towels and 2 washcloths. That’s the only down fall

NOTHING The lady that checked us in was not very friendly, and I didn't find out until after we got home that she canceled our original booking on Booking.com and created a new reservation. This caused us to have a no-show charge for one night, (we stayed two.) I tried many times to call the hotel about this and never got an answer. I called customer service about it, they said that they would make a case and gave me the email for the hotel we stayed at, to contact the manager there and let her know. Never heard anything back. I call customer service back one month later, because I haven't heard anything and they say to get with Booking.com......Really!? I am still trying to get this resolved, but I know I will never stay at this hotel brand ever again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
