The Inn At Holiday Valley

Attractive grounds, convenient location. Room was big & bed was comfortable, but TV was very small. Bathroom was standard. Whole place needs maintenance. Gym was poor: elliptical machine made grinding noise. There was one bike, a treadmill & and one elliptical. The gym needs maintenance & updating .A few weights & a weight bench, Small room. Breakfast was just ok, omelet looked like packaged one, Velveeta type cheese in it.

Enjoyed the lodging, food and amenities.

Love staying here when we are in the area, even during off ski season! Great breakfast, clean rooms and very nice pool!

This hotel is in a rustic ski town with great views, food, and things to do. Their golf course is excellent with some easy to difficult holes in a semi mountainous landscape. This hotel offers a free small breakfast as well, also a nice pool and hot tub that’s inside and outside. Cool place!

Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación dejó bastante que desear: las sábanas no parecían estar completamente limpias y encontramos varias moscas dentro de la habitación. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero la variedad era bastante limitada. En general, considero que la relación calidad-precio no está muy equilibrada. Da la sensación de que se paga principalmente por la ubicación y la zona, más que por lo que ofrece el hotel. En general, mi experiencia fue simplemente “ok”.

Amazing staff, Edna restaurant was 5 star and the pool and rooms were perfect! Definitely will be returning!

What was most frustrating was how the situation was handled. At no point were we offered the option to move rooms or given any meaningful solution while we were there. We had to repeatedly follow up ourselves about an issue that was a safety concern. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue. While walking to breakfast on the upstairs outdoor area, I was stung by a bee. I called the front desk to report it and was simply told, “Okay.” We had specifically chosen this hotel because we planned to spend our trip hiking, and the sting caused significant swelling and delayed our plans for several hours while I waited for it to go down. For the price of the room, I expected much better customer service and for the staff to take more ownership when guests reported safety concerns.

I came for a work trip and had a wonderful experience, the rooms are spacious, clean, super comfy beds. I will be coming back with my family.

The beds were hard as a rock

The room was clean , and a nice size we were on the first floor had a nice patio to sit on. The breakfast in the morning was good and the area was clean. The grounds were very well maintained.

Went for our anniversary was beautiful our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly, our favorite part was how each room had its own balcony or outdoor space and that you could walk around the whole building the breakfast was very good, Can’t wait to stay there again!
