My account was charged a “tip charge” of $50 at the time of check in. I contacted Expedia for assistance as I did not receive a response from Glo Best Western and they were able contact the hotel. Expedia informed me the “tip charge” was for “incidental charges” and would be credited back in a couple of days. I had no extra incidentals. Sketchy

The hotel is a the best in town and was convenient to get to. Rooms were odd and left a lot to be desired from a comfort perspective. The hotel tried to be great which is commendable.

The decor of the entire place. The layout of the king bed room is AWESOME with the bathroom walkthrough. No complaints

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast had a nice variety on a daily basis. Daily, our towels were refreshed as needed.

Very nice upscale hotel with stunning rooms and great amenities for a reasonable price. Very happy to have found this place. We highly recommended staying there.
