enjoyed my stay. ;oved the pancakes.

I did not like the fact that I was placed in a room that had no heat. The only thing that they would accommodate me with was an electric heater in which I had to keep checking to make sure that he did not catch fire. Not to mention that when i plugged in the heater, the piwer went off, and I was without power for 10 minutes. I have never stayed in a hotel such as this. What hotel that you know of that do this type of accommodation, and for the staff to tell me that.Unfortunately, that was the situation, and they could not do anything about it until maintenance arrived the next day.Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Also, when I went to check out.I waited 30 minutes for a staff member to come to the front desk to check me out along with several other customers, and all he could say was he was busy. Amir should not be managing anything. I would never stay at this hotel again I didn't like anything about this hotel.

No Breakfast

Breakfast was good but no juice only milk We had no blow dryer we couldn’t use bathroom or take a shower due to no water that was not good at all I was very upset

Location and staff were good Toilet seat was real loose. For a week stay, towels and bed sheets were never replaced.

Room cleaned once in 4 nights, 5 days Breakfast was never refilled. Fresh towels never given. Had to ask for them.

Check in was 3pm and we were told over the phone when I paid in full that they couldn’t do early check in. Fine. We arrived a few minutes after 3pm and once we gave our reservation name, the lady behind the counter told me that she was going to cancel our reservation at 5pm due to non payment and that my payment hadn’t cleared. I told her she may want to double check that because I could see on my phone the payment had cleared from my bank account. Then she said oh I can see it just cleared now and that they had a glitch in their system. I asked if she was just going to cancel our reservation without calling to check and there was literally no reply. The swimming pool is non existent. It’s been filled with concrete and turned into a sad looking patio. There was no toothpaste which is no biggie, but a bit unusual for a motel. The bathroom had no fan or ventilation at all. The shower head was old and rusted into one position so the only option for the spray was the jet spray and you weren’t able to adjust the nozzle. I think that bothered me more than it did all the little flying insects that were sharing the bathroom with me. We tried calling reception but either the phone in the room wasn’t working or just no one was bothered to answer it. In the morning as we went in for breakfast, we checked out and handed in our room keys. We ate breakfast and asked them if there was any juice. The lady that was behind the counter for the morning shift gave me a stare and told me they don’t do juice. That it’s just the coffee. It also tasted old and stale. We then asked where the men’s bathroom was downstairs before we got back on the road again. She told me they don’t have any men’s bathroom downstairs.

The picture on the wall had broken glass the fridge had something all over it and the tub floor was peeled up

clean very well located to many close restaurants and Walmart. fairly quiet except for interstate traffic but not loud enough to bother with sleep. large refrigerator and microwave. would stay again.

Location to the Motorplex was ideal Little bit dated

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We also appreciated the room service. I miss that. Was a little noisy being so close to the freeway but not enough to keep us from sleeping. Could use larger towels.

The clerk at the time needs to be a little more friendly. He was too serious and I thought he was having a bad night, I checked in around 7:00pm I didn’t like that the safe box in room was just sitting on a stool and not attached to floor.

Tv did not work, 3 times called to the front desk and no response....after 24hrs and 4th call someone finally came to fix it!! Never Stay there again, owner was not willing to discount because of incompetent employees. Amenities not able to use

Room stinks like cigarettes Stains on bedding

Location was good but the noise from the highway was distracting and made it difficult to sleep Proximity to interstate made it very loud and difficult to sleep
