Everything was nice my family and I loved the suite

All was good with our stay.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

There was a tornado warning and it would have been nice if the staff directed the customers as to a procedure for this weather event.

There was somebody’s hair in the bathtub that was never cleaned out. It would be a great touch if there was a water bottle in the refrigerator for people when they come in just a thought.

Clean room but sink vanity did not have enough counter space for two. Except for the fresh roasted coffee the breakfast was mediocre. There was no variety in the hot food. Bottled water only available in the fitness room and even then it ran out. Coffee and tea available all day but not bottled water. We would have preferred booking Country inn and Suites in Mechanicsburg given its cheaper prices and at least as many amenities but it was all booked up.

Conveniently located next to the PMC hospital where I had surgery.

The breakfast was wonderful.

The night attendant had to help another customer so was away from the front desk when we arrived. He apologized and was very polite and engaging. Great breakfast choices and very good coffee available 24 hours in dining area. Exercise room was clean but had no water

Great location. Very easy on and off of a major interstate. Staff was very friendly overall. Clean rooms. There was really nothing I didn't like.

Great location and comfortable and clean sheets. Old furniture and in need of cleaning, no in room coffee.

I was not missing any amenities. Everything was in great shape. The refrigerator door didn’t close and the carpet in the entryway between the foyer and the room itself was somewhat worn out
