I stay here every time I come to Ephrata,PA. Have never been disappointed with the front desk, room cleanliness to the breakfast in the mornings.

I like the customer service that I experienced at the location.The front desk clerk Kylie was awesome. also the other clerks were acknowledging other customers and me as well,throughout my visit.The maids didn’t speak much but I must say they are doing an amazing job with keeping that hotel clean and smelled so gd.Don’t find alot of clean hotels. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed railing comes out to far,Hit my foot a couple times.

Definitely a great place to stay! We had been traveling for a while and they even had a grill we could use to make our dinner one night! Clean, friendly, and good breakfast!

Loved our stay here. We traveled with our 2 dogs and they treated them so well. So kind to give out dog biscuits to them. Had a little foundation in the lobby for them. All the staff was excellent from the cleaning ladies to the front desk. Everyone was so chipper, friendly and polite! These are my favorite hotels to stay in. There’s 5 of us, the rooms are big, kitchenette is handy and always clean AND enough beds for all! LOVE Home2 Suites and will go the extra mile to stay at one! Next stop, Martinsburg, WV Homes2 suite!!
