Nothing except they did give me a refund when they did not have the room I booked. When you walked into the office it had a strong odor of urine. The property was run down and very dirty. We booked a room with a roll in shower but was given a room with a tub. When we went back to the front desk and showed him the room type we booked he said his facility did not have any rooms like this and he had no idea why this type of room was offered. We asked for a refund and he gave it to us right away.

Air conditioner was loud and inadequate. . Bathroom had hair on the floor, holes around the tub faucet, toilet was loose.

Location They didn’t have any housekeeping staff, they didn’t clean the rooms or change the bedding unless we asked them to do it and then it was hard for them to put clean linen on the beds and get clean towels

Staff are rude and rushed to check out never go back and never recommend

My Son rocks in bed before falling asleep. The bed was cheap, uncomfortable, and noisy. No trash cans outside or in the lobby. I left my trash from my car on the counter. No coffee in room or lobby. No outlet cover on electrical outlet. Fire hazard.

It is a place to just lay your head. The room was spacious and clean. Sadly the only thing they offered was coffee for breakfast and then took it down for the remainder of the day. There is no type of breakfast at this place.

The motel staff did not communicate well. Has to call for help to explain. There is no elevator would not allow us on the ground floor. Parking lot dirty. No coffee offered

Manager very kindly worked with me on a wrong date booking. Convenient location in Espanola.

Room was too hot even with ac on. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, just bar soap. No iron or ironing board. Not enough towels. Apparently they charge $15 per person staying in the room.
