Great would stay here again
-
We love the Essex... courteous staff... very clean facility... staff is very helpful..

The outdoor pool was clean and heated which was a plus. We would consider staying there again in the future. The bathroom needs updating with safety bar or bars in the tub. It felt very dangerous with a slippery tub surface. Also more hooks are needed in the bathroom.

Excellent accommodations and fantastic food in the Tavern

We got the “Saturday” night cost which was $430 for a single room with a tiny fridge and no microwave. Personally do not think this was worth the money. Staff were nice and helpful nonetheless.

The setting is quiet, with open-air spaces, beautiful grounds and gardens and close by parks yet still close to commerce. Facilities are well maintained and restaurant was very creative and tasty. Rooms were understated, good sized and with temperature control and windows that open. I would definitely recommend the Easex Inn.

It was beautiful, I liked the underground tunnel, the pool was great. The dinner was mediocre.

Great clean room with a quaint country motif. The staff was excellent and had everything ready to go when I showed up. They have an excellent restaurant there too which I’ve enjoyed in the past and they are a great wedding location!

Room impeccable. Shower water pressure was exquisite. Food was great and staff were super courteous. Everywhere we turned, we kept on saying we have to come back. We definitely will return and bring friends.
-
Staff was super nice, room was well appointed with high end construction, food was delicious and the vibe was relaxing.

Everything was great - the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for our toddlers. Service was friendly and authentic. One of the best little getaway spots for our family.

Peaceful calm serene. Comfortable bed. A bit dated but charming
